I hope it will happen, but will they desert us like they did with FXP cyanogen, they just left us....

ICS Custom Rom for X8/W8
hi to All,
I'm already using the latest custom rom from CyanogenMod. ICS v07 you can check and download the ROM from their site.
PS: your bootloader must be unlocked.
just follow the steps and whoa! you also got the faster ROM for X8/W8

Is there a development for ice cream sandwich ROM for x10 ??
i dont see any that is why iam eagerly asking...
Other mobiles like x10 mini pro, x10 mini, x8 are already working on real CM9 by Paul-xxx., rather than a themed ICS..

[Miuiv4]development will be soon deployed , testers needed

Hello,
I was Planing to port Miui v4 based on ice cream sandwich .
Basically I don't have Xperia x8 , I can port with help of the you all .
If you all are interested in Miuiv4 to be ported to your device , I would need some testers.
Basic knowledge required for being tester is -
1) to know how to flash a rom .
2) to know how to get logs at boot( Required!! ).
3) hard hearted.
If I get enough testers , I would seek the permission of Minicm9 dev as I was thinking to use Mini Cm9 as base.:silly:

I dont know how your going to do that?? but anyway wish you luck.

We already have miui.us,i suggest you fix some bugs of it.it is senseless if you try porting a 3d miui

Yepits better to fix the bug than porting a rom try to ask xmaster if there something you can help Glad to see someone join the miui development

update all the tweaks..

unfortunately, systemUI preferences has stopped
by the way, you are a savior for my arc s. I enjoyed it more than ever. I just have one problem so far with ultimate hd 3.0. when I select statusbar settings then I will click the 3rd button, it will suddenly stopped. I'm using a stock kernel .587.

Try to flash UHD MOD 2.5 .13 and will be resolved the problem.

Jader hi, I quite liked the Ultimate HD 2.0.3, but I'm not able to install 3.0.2, I install it normally, but when it will load the boot nothing appears, just sits on a black screen and after a time loads the kernel again, HELP!

My XZ will arrive tomorrow (let's hope they come when I'm home) so I'll start this thread here already.
== Who am I? ==
Some of you may know me from earlier Xperia Phones but now I'm here with the XZ too. This thread is to discuss my rom and kernel. My previous work is
- Xperia Neo: KA Ice Cream Sony rom
- Xperia S: KA Xperia SSpeed rom, KA Pure ICS kernel (CM) and KA Xperia SSpeed kernel (stock)
- And some mods etc

- C6603 model
- Stock based rom for now, I'll probably make a CM10 kang too later on
- Deodexed
- Tweaked
- Superfast & Ultra Smooth
== Kernel Goals==
- For stock roms, but I'll probably also make a CM/AOSP/AOKP version.
- 1.8, 1.9 or 2.0GHz Overclock, depends on which are safe
- I/O, CPU, MM tweaks

- Extra I/O schedulars

Please add the AOSP/CM browser to the stock ROM because it's smoother and it plays flash!
Also, i've heard that there are display calibration values in the kernel that can be adjusted - maybe you can have a play and optimize.

Wondering if it would be possible to configure the soft buttons.. like adding the menu or re-arranging them. Was done in Galaxy Nexus..

I'll implement it, but it will work only on locked bootloader once there is recovery for locked bl

So I'll release a rom asap, but I'm having exams next 2 weeks so I'm not sure I'll have time.
