There is a specific forum just for that! Wow.. incredible I know...
So... please??? Keep the "spam" about the EVO to a minimum... this IS the HERO forum after all.

i have to agree spork, this is the hero section. if you guys want to talk about the EVO go to that section of the board. it's bad enough when that phone drops we are gonna loose a ton of members & devs. the damn hero is only 7 months old and already extinct.

Personally, I'm glad people post about the Evo here. Considering the majority of the hero owners on xda will be jumping to the Evo sometime in the next 6 months, it's good to know the developments of our future phone without having to jump over to the Evo board (yes, I'm lazy, I know)

Htc hd7

I saw news about htc hd7 and the windows mobile 7. Hd7 is exactly the same as hd2. This should make it easier to port windows 7 to the hd2 for cotulla

What the other guy was trying to say, but in a very rude way, is that although the spec's are the same there are other issues that will cause the HD2 to not run windows phone 7 to it's full potential.
For example, each WP7 phone comes with a specific key (so to speak) embedded in it which is kept on MS's server, which will allow each phone to authenticate itself with MS to get most of the on-line features, I.E. Xbox live integration, yada, yada.
So yes, it is easier in that it's already been proven (check the video's about it) that WP7 will run on the HD2, but with-out most of the WP7 online functionality.

Based on the high score and the low number of voters... Either it's a conspiracy or that people have less thing to complain about than other phones.

The other phones have much more voters in the hundreds of thousands. Naturally there should be more people with problems than among the 5.000 for our legend.

Hey guys,
Not sure if everyone has seen the news, but one of the Galaxy SIII's signature features (not a big deal, nor something I even care about, IMHO) S Voice has been leaked.

I've been running it for a few hours now, been working decently. Not that I'll ever use it, but pretty cool too see.
Note: It's just a skinned vlingo as far as I can tell...

my personal belief is that there are many ports from Xperia Arc, and S.

I'm starting to worry that in the future the only way to talk with others would be through memes or signs.
Anyway, some people accept Sony's decision and the others don't, where's the problem?

This thread isnt meant to be taken too seriously, but what i mean is that much of the stuff is basicly direct ports off of the same devices.

we started with 2 ports mine ray port and aaron187 arc port.
now there are 3 more ports, from what i saw it is too much.
and the only differences are: one with touchpad (already working on that for V3 of my port) and one with some other apps

Don't forget MIUI ICX as well
I'm not one fr ICS roms but I'm really really enjoying MIUI at the moment

Not sure what to do with this....
