Hey all i was trying to update the youtube app on Erick ewjet roms and i though maybe that flashing the google apps would do the trick but it obviously didn't infact it made me loose all my gapps like market gmail and all that so can someone provide me the link for gapps for 2.1 roms thanks in advance.

Universal fix to everything is to reflash. Sucks to lose a lot of data but good thing we got titanium backup.

Its just because right now i have a good battery life and im afraid it get worse its like just what i needed its perfect lol and it doesn't solve my problem whit old ugly youtube app so if i reflash google apps it would auto update and won't have to reflash :/

Do you have a recent nandroid backup?
Perform an Advanced Restore for system only!

Yeah i do but had to reflash anyway my phone went into bootloop while i was calibrating again my. Phone lol but how may i fix youtube app? I need to get it updated...

If you want the newest YouTube app you have to be on 2.2+. I think there is a apk floating around but the last time I tried it I was getting FC issues when logging in. Maybe try searching the general section of Android games and apps to see if it has been fixed.

Sure will give it a try but i think it doesn't have anything to do with 2.2 since stock rom has the updated version of the apk

@Shahkam - what version of youtube are you using? Is it v2.1.6 or v1.6.20? If you are on v2.1.6 are you having FC issues on 2.1 when signing in?

I don't have a clue how may i check what version i have? And nope i dont have any fc issues i got it from 4shared.com if it can help in anyway

Can you test my apk

Hey I've got an apk in the market and im getting reports of it not working on thus phone number can I get a few testers to give me feedback please. It's my app I designed and it's on the market for free as well as paid versions for different colors. The I'm the developer and had someone email me saying that it wasn't working for this phone so I came to here(I'm usually in evo section) to c if it was isolated incident or if I had a bigger problem. Its safe

Got to log in, after that can't reach servers. Stuck on wall page without news feed.
Says can't contact server, sorry, no time to write the IP on the notification.

I got it to work for a while by swiping (swipe 2 times) earlier than usual....but even with that, there is the terrible lag....and yes, the auto die bug is STILL there...its now to the point where I think even Imangi studios cannot fix

It's not Imangi studio's fault. Only the unofficial ArmV6 version has this bug. Was running this game on Xperia neo without any problems.

Xperia play freez on call problem

Hi there..my play work perfeclty fine but when i received call its just freez and nothing comes up on the screen. Some time when its not freez while receiving the call but when i hang up its just frooz and even after pressing the power button,screen not come on.phone keep working though coz if someone call,phone rings but nothing come up on the screen..
Please help me to fix the problem..

Its got xperia nxt rom running and its 2.3.7..it was running 2.3.4 and had a same problem so j flashed that rom but still the same...

have u tried flashing a different baseband, problems with calls and sms are usually fixed this way at least for me find them here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1589399

Problems with apps on 4.4.2

Does anyone has problems with their apps after updating to 4.4.2? My GTA:SA and respawnables stopped working and force closes when I open it up. It doesn't happen to android 4.3 tho. Was wondering is it the app or firmware problem.

GTA is a known issue, couple of people have posted about it so far, version 1.2 or 1.3 works (last before current) - App developers need time to update I guess, happens frequently with Android.

Would rooting help to solve this problem? Thinking of rooting my note 3.

Rooting won't help, i have choppy sound problems with Chaos Rings II since i updated to NA6 4.4.2
Guess we have to wait till they fix it, just sent the developer a mail to let him know.

i think u need to reinstall them
or clear data of each app had this problem
