After spending time on XDA learning from all the Dev's, I've decided to give Rom building a shot on my own.
This Rom is based on the HeroC Nightlies, ported to our device.

MacRom DOES NOT come with a built in Launcher, it's user preference. Make sure you download one of these below and flash it AFTER you flash the Rom!

SCRIPT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the SuperCharger script on your SD card
2. DL Script Manager from the Market
3. Open Script Manager and find the Supercharger script on your SD
4. Check Run as Root and run the script.
There are 15 settings, personally the aggressive or gaming modes work best for me, but most have better luck with the balanced settings. If it's your first time running the script, you'll need to reboot your phone to apply it.

Looks pretty sweet man. I have a System font zip in my OP already made up as well if you want it for anyone that wants to change it back to stock. I think that font looks good though myself.. I wouldn't change it back lol.

Thanks! It's been a road, that's for sure! I've been poking around at the Java files for the Camera, and I'm thinking CM might have rolled it back, but since I just started compiling, I don't have any older versions to look at and compare. I tried older camera versions, but they are all setting at 2x .
Hey, ditch the test rom I sent you and DL the current Glass. I haven't looked at the icons yet, but once I have some time, I'll look 'em over and put them in!
I haven;t made too many changes to speed things up yet... One change in the paging files, reducing the max open items. Seemed to smooth things up a bit!

Honey Comb Player added to Ginger Glass!
Just posted Ginger Glass 1.4a update! I replaced the stock music player with Honeycomb... Make sure you follow the instructions in the OP! Use the same Glass Gapps! Flash Over should work fine, but, as usual, if you run into problems do a full wipe and dalvik... There's also been a slight change in the app paging, makes the rom a bit snappier!
NOTE:
This will be the last release of my hand , personal stuff like kids and wife are the most important thing in my life.
I hope you enjoy my creations and some of you may continue what I started.

Battery% mod and CRT animation mod for stock look(but if you use this option "search on page in browser FC)If you want custom kernel , you can flash it at this one but you will lose native ntfs support and the 3Gusb patch from this thread will overide the custom kernel .

INSTALLATION NOTE:
This is base rom ,form this one you start and add what you want.
-First you flash the base rom and reboot ! Then you go back into recovery and flash the THEME mods.
There is no flashplayer installed in the rom , you can download latest from the market or if you want HULU you use the HULU installer.
People coming from FLEXSTRIKER don't need to wipe anything , only need to install what they want , if yo already got HULU installed no need to reinstall it if you don't wipe data.
All mods and addons work on R9.
Market is 3.17 but will auto update to 3.4.4 after you used the market a few times.

You flash this over the base ROM . (thanks to Williamfold)
This installs a modified flashplayer 11.1 that alows to play HULU and it installs the HULU+app.
You can remove the HULU flashplayer from apps like any app , don't update the HULU flashplayer true market , you will get error or you lose HULU support.

How it works:
-First download the "FLEXSTRIKER-R8-addON-FLASHER"
-In the addON-FLASHER all the apps are pressent so you need to delete the ones you don't want to have.
-You can open it (don't unzip) with winrar or something simular , go to system/app , there you find all the apps.
-Delet the ones you don't want and put the addON-FLASHER on your tablet and flash with cwm - reboot.
Apps that are in the "system APPS for use with addON-FLASHER" (for now only with blue icons)

9-feb-2012: R9 released:Base rom got no more CRT animation and %battery due to the browser "search on page" FC.
Mods are still available with crt animation and patches , a small battery mod will be available if you want crt and % battery on stock look but remember then you got that little bug.

-Soundback , SoundHound and Lumiread are now in Data app so they can be removed like any app from the market.

This rom was tested by 8 differend people and they did not had any problems with it . (xda app FC is the only thing , but if that is rom releated I don't think so , possible that some other random app don't work , but I don't feel like testing every app on the market. 18-jan-2012: ICE mod , Purple mod (thanks to Rainbowbright081) and all mods got CRT animation on lockscreen and color text on lockscreen and settings background got matching color.

Blue-Red mod got % battery now like the other mods.

On normal use it's good but oc is much faster.
Tweaks are a little different , so are modules because of the stock kernel.
But it still runs smooth.

Like I noted , let the white knights do the job they believe they can do better.
XDA is a good place and maybe mistakes have been made but the way a newbie like me got kicked at by some is stupid and I'm not putting time it that.
This is what the world is going for , me ,me, me look how big I am attitude and even here in a place where the rules are:

Thanks m8 , but I think you should review the full version it is update to R6 but not at XDA in this thread.
R6 got ntfs support on custom kernel something that was lost ones you used a custom kernel.
Thor and me fixed that yesterday and it runs very smooth , so I think it is a first thing seen on custom kernel ntfs support without having to use drivemount. On stock kernel ntfs support is no problem for HC3.2. But now you can overclock and still have the ntfs support on R6.
This brings this rom to a other level.

I've watched it , it's nice but still think you need to review FLEXSTRIKER-R6 (not light version with OC kernel) this light R5 version is with stock kernel so no overclocking.

Mod, changes , added the white.
every mod got 2 versions , one with color icons and one with default app icons.
Flashed r7 just letting it settle a bit. Gunna try some color mods but so far red/blue is my favorite overall. Wondering if ur gunna throw up 3rd party apps in the colors for the different mods?

some of you already knew, for the Rest : I fell in Love with the "Clean Android|AOSP" Stuff provided by Slaid480 and EmoBoiix3..
The only Problem with it was
- not yet flashable
- no brightness and soundlevel
I used the Rom for some days and really liked everything but for me
- Lockscreen sucked (at least after Factoryreset)
- I missed all the nice Settings
Somebody mentioned to restore CyanogenSettings so I tried just to add Cyanogen Parts to it (CM Parts/Settings/Settingsprovider) CM Screenshots was included already..
..it worked
Now, I added some, I think, nice features to it..
- Apps & Framework are deodexed
- zImage-Mod v1.1
- Old Market (Marketupdater deleted)
- Google Maps 5.8 (don't update)
- Center Clock
- Batterymod
- Cyanogen Settings
somebody just startet to get nervous...wait, don't panic, Credits will be given in the very End ;-)
Let's talk about the way to get this on your Ace..
- Download the Rom from second Post (Sunday)
- Place it somewhere on your SD Card (somewhere you can find it later...will you !?)
- reboot your Phone into Recovery (CWM Recovery required)
- Please : Backup your current Rom !
- Now we will see if you had a good spot for my flashfile...can you find it ?
- Once you found it, flash it and wait
- After Installation has finished, please reboot
- the first boot will take a while don't panic !
For a reason that's out of reach of my knowledge, you will see no statusbar at first start. Please, finish the Google Setup Progress and once, you've finished it, just reboot again, the Statusbar will be there and...you will like it (hopefully)

A: No, I am absolutly shy in reality and kids and wife keep me pretty busy but.. this Rom is kinda different to others as it does not come with much for the eye but a lot of options to build up on. About 86Mb of free Systemspace and about 130 Mb free Dataspace..
Q: Will there be updates ? And when ?
A: Yes, I have planes for the future, but this will all happen in small, flashable Files. Some Frameworkmodifications, Iconchanging and a few more Apps. When ? I will let you know ;-)

im a big fanof this AOSP ROM. I have put it on mine and a friends Ace. we love it but the lock screen sucks, can you tell me a easy way to get the slide lock back. many thanks man
The Cyanogenmod Parts + Settings should bring the lock screen settings back , as what the OP did

Yes, it is you.. Probably I didn't say it right, I used parts of your Statusbar, not visible ones, it was a XML file I found by luck when I flashed your file from here while I had problems with my own...I really don't know what happened but it fixed my overlay and symbol delay problem.. so, thank you, whatever you did

but you can also find a flashable file here. Just flash it over your AOSP and you will have the missing Parts !

But I think it is 7.2...
For OC Kernels, please make a backup and then try, I can't tell if it works but it would be nice if you report back about it.
For Scripts, I don't see why there should be problems with it, please, always backup your Rom and try

I can confirm "cm-blackhawk-kernel.zip" is working. Set max Freq to 883 / Set at boot in Cyanogen Settings worked for me but I can't tell about stability or Batteryusage ;-)
Batery life seems ok but need more days to confirm.

I did this, but after the bootloop with blackhawk i flashed the OC kernel from 7.1 cyanogem Grif's rom and worked, thanks for the help

BlaclHawk worked, Lagfree and turboboost working (at least the tweeks are in the init.d), and framework.zip (that one who increases the number stages volume) worked too.

I like it. Its fast and it does not need things like scripts for this or for that.

Ok first of all i have to say im not defenetly a dev...i have noone knowlage but i love pc's and phones and i like to testing thinks!!4-5 Days ago i release an ICS Theme for Kalo's B876 rom and i really liked it...so i make this rom that im changing the apk's that i themed and some minor other changes...such as i put tweaksv6 init.d folder not just the unlock_fps that kalo has and i change the launcher to Go Launcher ex that i thing is one of the most great launchers i really like the folders think..so this is is...this is based on 1.6 Kalo 2.3.6 Honor port rom i test it everything seems to work smooth after all is kalo's rom...i have tested a'lot of roms beleve me kalo's is the best rom you will find...i just make the Gingerbread a bit more beautiful...The way of flashing it is the normal...boot to CWM Recovery make all three wipes (Data,Cache,dalvik) formating /system under mounts is optional but im making it if you want to make it..and then flash the zip from your sd card or internal...
The sad think is that if you find any bugs i can't fix them but if you like the rom i can took again the new versions of kalos release and trasform them like this one...
I hope kalo is not mad with me i really like his rom and you should donate him so he keep his extreme great work that he is doing...after all he's all we've got!!
PREREQUISITES - ATTENTION PLEASE
cust.img into /.cust_backup/image/ path
Since the major part of system application are mounted into /cust folder, you must be sure (before flashing v1.7 or newer) that your phone has just the cust.img file.
You can verify with two methods:
1)With Root Explorer (navigate to /.cust_backup/image and verify if cust.img is there)
2)Putting the phone into Pink Screen Mode (then plug in your USB-microUSB cable and your pc will automount the /image folder, now you can verify if cust.img is inside that folder).
If you try to flash B876_Pika_b2.7_v1.7 (or newer releases) without cust.img file, you internal memory will get corrupted, you will brick your phone. Please double check before flashing!

Localization Package (STEP3 UPDATE.APP)
Kalo's ROM requires that you have an International devices (no Chinese unicom/cn, no Russian channel/ru, no Italian vodafone/it).
You need to download UPDATE.APP, create a new folder into the root (upper level) of your external sdcard (or the internal one) and rename it into "dload". Then copy UPDATE.APP into /sdcard/dload and start the flash upgrade opening "Settings", "Storage", "Software Upgrade", "SD card Upgrade".
Your phone will automatically reboot into a flash software program and when it finishes your phone will reboot into Recovery.
Since now, your phone will not power on again, it will run only the bootanimation, so please don't try to reboot your device.
Now you can flash B876_Pika_b2.7_v1.7 or newer following the Installation procedure for full package.

Its framework-res.apk but you will lose the most of the theme!!
I will make two new frameworks one with the same battery and % and one like the kalo used with % again!!wait 15-20mins

You can install whatever launcher you want...im puting go launcher and at v1.01 360 launcher cos i really like and want the folders in app drawler!!

I mean that I want restore in "one touch" at least (e.g.):
1) Super Keyboard ( the only keyboard that works great with my big fingers ;-) )
2) K-9 email for all my email accounts
3) tapatalk and/or forum runner
4) voice recognition engines
I'm tired to reconfigure all or restore apps using MyBackup or Titanium so.. simply looking for something that can restore "my basic setup and apps"..

Im using titanium and i didn't reconfig too many thinks only some settings and account i was try once to backup wifi passwords with titanium but after restore wifi didn't work so i save my pass from every rom i use to wpa_supplicant!!i don't know any other backup software maybe someone else can tell us if there is something better!!

if you move all the png's from the apks to 2.3.5...it need's a bit of work!!
Added final i guess notification changes now landscape has new ics style icons!!
UI on last version seems very slow. Is it because of 360 launcher? Cuz original Kalo's rom works lightning fast. In general great job!

UI works normal 360launcher is much faster than go launcher i didn't found any problem!
Anyway, after cleaning some autostart soft etc it's rather normal. But scrolling in system (not launcher) lists is slow for sure, original is faster.
Keep up developing this version, it's really pretty to see!
UPDT: Is tweakszv6 already applied or it should be done by users? Cuz I use it in all my roms

I have allready tweakzv6 in the rom...
I was remove by accident fpsunlock that kalo has in his original rom so we didn't have fpsunlock that why the rom is so slow..i will release a new rom with fpsunlock inside!!
You'd better wait for a new Kalo release to update your themed rom

You may know that I have already published ElegantPerformer on Xda. You can check it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1709879.
Now I am going to introduce it's 2nd version. In looks, both are identical but you can feel the difference while handling. I have used a lot of ROMs from here and I really loved each of them, but mostly I found my phone buggy after using them for more than a week. I actually stopped working on ROM due to my exams but I have to make one for myself. Which must be stable, fast without OC, smooth like butter and beautiful. So I am introducing another version of my work ElegantPerformer V2 by Adwait.

How to install :
Boot in recovery CWM 5
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache
Advanced>>Wipe dalvik cache
Choose 'Install zip from sd card'
Choose the file 'ElegantPerformer_V2_By_Adwait.zip '
Reboot after the flashing completes. 1st reboot may take 3-4 minutes. After 1st reboot and setting account, 2nd boot is recommended.

Few words from me:
I tried my best to keep the ROM away from bugs. Only one thing you may need to do is updating superuser binary. It will update by itself, just allow it to do so.I hope you like this ROM. Those who are already satisfied with your current ROM, just make a backup of the current ROM and then TRY this ROM. I am sure you will love this! Let me know if you find any trouble using it. If you like this ROM just press "Thanks" this will tell me how many of you loved this ROM.

Dude, when you release a different version of the SAME rom it HAS TO BE ON THE SAME THREAD.
Otherwise the Ace Development Forums would be filled with a trillion different threads.

Hey dude, It's look wise same But if the main source is itself changed then I think starting new thread is best choice. I know the rules but my 1st version was based on vo-1's odexed and this one is based on CM7.2's original nightly published on 1/1/2013. So I have to make a new thread! And I think I should! what say?
Edit: And also the Fire Kernel used in this ROM is OC. In v1 it was not an OC.
Did ur rom supports Tamil language? This version is deodexed?

Nope.
It should still be an update to the other thread.
As long as your rom has the same name you cant create a new thread. Be it a change in kernel or base rom itself

Yes! but it will be a partial support. It will not render font 100% but it can be read.

Is that mandatory? I never used it. And to keep this ROM lightweight I have to skip additions which can be added later. I am glad you would like to try this ROM. I will wait to get feedback from your side!

Of course you don't HAVE to use AdrenalineEngine, I just never had the feeling that it would do any damage to integrate it
1) On first boot I could not enter my PIN, all I could do was take out the battery and restart.
2) With every restart I get an error-message, something about bluetooth (I don't know if this important, I don't think it has any effect on the rest of the phone)
3) Whenever I want to go into the synchronisation-settings (I hope thats what its called in english) the phone reboots. (I think this might be a CM 7.2 Nightly error, and not your fault )
For now I have the feeling that it runs very smooth, and I like the way it looks.
Will test it for a few more days and maybe stick to it

Hello,
Did you cleared cache, dlavik cache 1st? After your reply I am going to test my ROM again but the errors you mentioned are completly new! They shouldn't be there. And I flashed my ROM almost 6 times during testing. So please make sure you have CWM5 or more, all data wiped, cache wiped, dalvik cache wiped!
Edit:
I just successfully flashed ROM. No error message about Bluetooth or anything found! Safely navigated through each part of settings without any reboot. USB tethering also works fine!
So I strongly recommend you to follow these steps:

Sorry but you are doing something wrong I guess! Retry if you are okay with it. This time don't forget to wipe things

Hi thanks for the ROM it looks nice may I ask you if theres any chance of you making another version with PSN's Memory MOD..? I find it much more stable and better than using S2E or link2SD or almost anything else.. Thanks in advance.

I'm in a bootloop after flashing - installed another rom and zero issues
somethings not quiet right done all the wipes etc, do you need to mount system or data ?? or do i have a bad download 80mb
