Could someone please upload a picture of ClockworkMod Recovery on the Nexus 7. I would like to see the size of the font on it.
Thank you.
Questions go in the Q&A section
Well it is for the development of a larger font in recovery on the device, but no big deal.

In regards to what?
I'm sure if you look in the recovery source code the font size is there... Check out some of the xml files, not sure exactly where to look but I know it's in there. Your wanting to compile a custom recovery?

Yes, the font files do exist in recovery source. I'm not asking how to make them or how to build recovery, I just need a picture of the device running recovery in order to create a proper font file for the device.

Where is the Bonzai ROM wallpaper stored? I can't find them in Root Explorer

That is a good question, I have wondered that myself. Of course I haven't looked all that hard for it.
Open the zip file with 7zip and and go to
/system/framework/framework-res.apk/res/drawable-hdpi/
It's easier if you right click the zip file then select 7zip and then "open archive." No need to unzip the file.
Once inside, look for "default_wallpaper.jpg"
Here's a thought, you might get an answer straight from the dev himself if you askedin the rom thread instead of creating a whole new thread for it

This is the place for questions. If you have nothing to contribute to the thread, why post? Most threads drop off the page in less than a day. Ignore it and move along.
I had it on my phone before I switched to bonzai. I know you can find it in the app zedge if you search for htc life.

I'm sure the developer is busy, creating bigger and better ROMs for us. He prolly doesn't have time to answer every small question.

The links shown in this great video tutorial are no longer valid:
1. http://adrynalyne.us/files/odin/Odin3y1.3.exe
2. http://adrynalyne.us/files/odin/cwm_recovery_test4_adryn.tar
3. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2056318/update.zip
4. http://www.mediafire.com/?7k4d3830rrhvcg
Where can I find updated reliable ones?
Update: I manage to find in the meanwhile this very readable HowTo (with links) but so far, all readers in the comments area reported failure. So I don't know what to make of this.
Thanks.
Look for my recovery post in the development section. That will set you up with CWM v3.x.x. If you need the older 2.5.x version let me know.

Many thanks! Are you referring to this thread?
If that is indeed the correct thread, can you confirm that the following components versions are compatible together as a package?
Odin3-v1.85.zip
cwm_recovery_test4_adryn.tar
update.zip
(what is the 4th component that was supposed to be downloaded from http://www.mediafire.com/?7k4d3830rrhvcg ???)
Yes, that'll work
And I don't know what the other part was, but what you have seems to be all you need

In the video, around 01:34, a file name Continuum Pit.pit is shown. Could that be it? What is that file and where do I find it?
Ignore it. You don't need it.

I use the pit file everytime I use Odin now. It helps the files go on the right place. Instead of dumping it on Droid to decypher it out. You can down load it from my ec07clean tut in #2 post.

So you want to remove the credits and name yourself after? It's nonsense, atleast respect the developer for the stuff he provides for free.
Compile your own kernel, it is the only way.

That's kind of harsh. Make your own kernel, that's the only way. You may start by downloading sources from Sony developer site.
Manipulating the strings just to change the kernel name of another person's work and effort to your liking is not a good idea.

I'm not sure where to find one. But I have a link to a regular flashable version in my tips thread in my signature. All you have to do to change it to an altboot version is open the zip with a zip program (do not completely unzip, just edit the zip). Change the names of the two files there. Change uRecImg to uAltImg and uRecRam to uAltRam. Save and flash with CWM. It will put CWM 5.5.0.4 to emmc as an alternate CWM.

You would need to use Fontchanger, but why would you want to get rid of Roboto? It's so clean and cool. It defines what Android is.

tekken179:- Can you tell me which font is best suited for Nexus 4??
And how can I get it?

in my mediafirefolder is a flashable zip ...
You can either use an app or goto system/fonts, just make sure you keep the file names the same
Personally nothing looks better for me more than the Roboto Slab font from Google Now
Opifico looks good too.

it´s a flashable zip for recovery
you need a custom recovery like CWM or Twrp to install it
try the options mentioned here...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2011339&page=2
Make sure to take Nand before doing anything.... to avoid boot loop....

check the playstore and there should be apps to be able to change fonts without rooting
read this as well
http://www.androidauthority.com/how-to-change-the-fonts-on-your-android-phone-32078/
safest way to change the fonts is using some 3rd party launcher.....
if u don't want to root and don't want to use 3rd party launcher... and try to use any app to change the font other than launcher,...
u may get into boot loop...so be very careful before doing this....
if you got into boot loop with out rooting... u may brick ur phone.....
