I have rooted my Xperia X10 from DoCoMo. I have installed Xrecovery and custom ROM. How I can restore my phone to the original software on my phone.
Thanks
If you make a backup of your stock rom then you can flash it back via x recovery. Else you might have to repair your phone via seus and then re root it

You can get original firmwares from here.
And flash it with FlashTool.
But if you're looking for original DOCOMO firmwares, you can find them in this thread.
hi,
I had my Arc's BL unlocked using some TestPoint method before, but after a try upgrading to ICS through PCC, it seems get relocked... Is there any method to check if the BL is locked or not?
Thanks in advance.
Try putting it in fastboot mode.

That actually happened to me before, I had to unlock via testpoint again. As above try flashing a custom kernel.

OK, i'll have a try.
Many thanks to both of you.
Guys the OTA update For The latest update I.e. 12.0.A.2.245 is now available in around 70mb file package.
And best part Of OTA update is that you will not loose the root access like you loose the root in the update through pc companion.
I m from india and is on. 257 update
If you have unlocked boot loader DO NOT UPDATE OVER THE AIR YOU WILL BRICK THE DEVICE.

I live in Greece and i'm still on .257... Cannot install any updates and that sucks...
i wasn't eather, not trough the pc companion at least. if you're not sim locked just download global .245 package or german one perhaps, find it in a forum, and flash it via flashtool.

hi, where i find global generic .245
Thanks
i must confess I used the German one, but pretty much any .245 would work as long as it is for your specific model, 502 or 503, and if you do not mind using english in your device. 'cause no matter what region is intended for you can chose english for the device language.
Tried OTA update but installation failed. Not sure if is due to me removing the bloatware previously

As long you have rooted your phone whether locked or unlocked bootloader, OTA fails.

Ota will fail if you have changed anything in your system folder ie removed bloat ware, deodexed etc

Hi.. I'd like to flash the new firmware 12.0.A.2.254 manually.. I've tried the OTA update of the same firmware, but the touchscreen issue doesn't seem to be gone.. I've rooted the phone and all, again nothing seems to work..
Can someone please give me the download link to 12.0.A.2.254 firmware for c5302 (India) and a flashing guide, coz this is the first time I'd be flashing a Sony phone.. Thanks in advance..

Try using the touch with glove mode on. It really greatly reduces the issues.

Oh ok will unlock it thanks!
Unlocking the bootloader then updating OTA will brick your device. At least that happened with my Xperia Play, it never got bricked because I never did it. But read up about it to make sure the issue has been fixed on the Z1.
Sorry was maybe I bit short on reply, if you have an unlocked bootloader, ota will not work.

I think it's not just debrand by deleting some stuff ...You should change SI number or flash ftf with different SI to provide OTA
