How to change the keyboard language

Hi guys...
Please advice me how to change the keyboard language on Elf??
I currently have the english keyboard and I would like to add the Russian one.

Hello every body,
I have bought the Samsung galaxy tab 10.1v, under honeycomb 3.0.1.
The trouble is that the French language is not installed in the setting panel,
"Language input & sélection", there is only English and Spanish.
Do you know how install other language, please?
