Rom Manager- Now supporting Atrix 4G!

Hey guys, just passing along good news!! Seems Koush as added our Atrix into Rom Manager!! Now recovery can be flashed with ease.

So should this version solve the issues we have when we do a Nandroid recovery in the current CWM build for the atrix?

Ha! I literally just installed it for the fixed permissions feature and then just stumbled into this thread. Glorious day.
Still gonna wait for the atrix community to support this version of CWM first before I flash this recovery.

I would assume so since we now have official support! Not sure how this recovery differs from Tenfars' but its all good! I have not tried it yet, since I'm waiting for my replacement atrix to arrive.

So if we flash that img via fastboot will it just install over the one I have?

Doesn't have sdcard-ext in cwm recovery.

Super! I just installed look great!

So if we install it...does it overwrite what is on my phone? Im currently running gingerblur v4.5.

Thanks for the good news!

It does not have support for the external sd card. Only recognizes the internal one. I don't recommend the install. Ill update when it adds support. I installed it through rom manager

Yes. Someone must inform them..
External sd, is refferenced as sd-ext, instead of sdcard-ext like the atrix.
The backups are saved in internal.
A choice where to save it, would be nice.

I assume we'll need to unlock the bootloader before installing this version (recovery)? Can anyone confirm?

I'm using jellybean v3 kuro kernel... I can not back up my phone with CMW. Cause /data can't mount. What can i do tho backup my phone.

Before backing up goto mount and storage mount data there

Try downloading a different CWM zip file (search in XDA). Maybe yours is corrupted.

Pls Help, I have installed jellybean V3, now i am unable to backup my rom via cwm.
It shows error - Can't mount system.
When I manually mount via cwm it fails to mount.

try cwm from me,in attachment
*CWM_bla_bla.zip i got from repencis,i use until now
give thanks to repencis team
*01-cwm.zip ,the special one
if you want to backup your ext-sdcard too,use this.
go to mount and storage,mount the ext,then backup
i got this from Y Duos section,thanks the original maker please

So i tried to flash a kernel and now stuck in the white samsung logo over and over? Can i Odin flash a stock P3113 and go from there? Looking for a file but everyone i found is no longer up and running?

Thats the thread I found with links I couldn't get to work. I did get to boot into CWM. Could I just save something like CM10 to a micro sd boot into CWM and flash it to get me up and running again?
Any help would be great I have never really broke a device before and kinda bummed

If you can get into cwm just try formatting your SD and then you'll have to flash a zip or ROM using cwm or odin

The good news is I just out in a brand new sd card and formatted it before I pulled this awesome stunt. So if I save the CM10 zip on my PC desktop I can just use Odin to flash it? Or do I need to save it to my micro sd and the CWM from my tablet boot screen?
So sorry just want to make sure I'm set when I get home

You guys rock! First time ROMing this device due to my stupidity. Put CM10 on it last night and love it so far but I guess now on to see what else is out there too. Just heard so much about CM10 figured I would hit that one up first.

It works just fine as long as you don't use dedup format and switch to tar default format

Usb mounts but doesn't unmount with CWM 6.0.1.2

Hi guys, i just restarded using a Dell Streak this week and i was thinking about a new recovery program, should i use this one or the StreakRecovery?

You should try this recovery because it is very easy to install and very beutiful background, try it

Have you tried using TWRP Recovery? As its fully working but people don't seem to be aware of it.

I useTWRP Recovery ,it works perfectly with 2 fingers . Nandroid backup and restore work well.:good:

Anyone tried the latest cwm touch recovery? I've tried using it but it is not working, instead i use the hard keys to navigate. Am i the only one experiencing this? Any feedback will be appreciated thanks

How did you install it? Via ROM manager (free or paid version)? If you used ROM manager free version you get only the version without touch... alternatively you can download the touch version from website and then flash it using galaxy s4 flasher for free from play store...

I downloaded it from the cwm site. And flashed it through custom recovery. I've tried it 3 times but touch is really broken.

Where did you get the recovery? As far as I know recoveries of official cwm site are in .IMG format thus you can't flash them through custom recovery because you can only flash .zip files. I downloaded 6.0.3.6 from cwm site (touch version) and then flashed it via SGS4 flasher and it worked well..I didn't try 6.0.3.8 but it should also work....I will try it later and then I will report the results.....

Yes it appears to be broken on the S4. I build the recovery myself and created a flashable zip but the touch function doesn't work.
