[THEME] DarkSky - Dark & Elegant

Tested with Megatron, Void Echo, Fenice & LOL 1.2,1.42 - probably should work with other 2.2x ROMS.
The idea behind this is following:
dark theme, since I like them
easily readable green status icons
well readable battery showing percentage
elegant font
How to get it working: (it is smart to do Nandroid backup from recovery, you never know...)
* copy the theme file to the root of your SD card
* start recovery (reboot/turn the phone on) while holding Home+Vol down
* select Wipe->Wipe Dalvik Cache
* Flash ZIP from SD->downloaded file name
* reboot
* it can take a little bit longer time at first boot
I am not responsible for bricking your phone if something happens

What ROM are you using? Just so I can see the compatibility with different setups.

I use DookMat's Fenice !

Works great on LOL 1.2. The font doesn't apply.
P.S: could you replace the notification panel with a colour instead of that image ? It kinda blinks when pulling the notification bar.

Nobody have tried it yet, but it is from same author as Megatron in my phone. So most likely yes. If you are afraid, do nandroid backup before.

Works great on LOL 1.4.2.

Sorry, don't know how to do that

Sorry im kind of a noob here..but i really like this theme and im running void echo rom and i wiped the dalvik cache and flashed the theme and everything and once it starts up i get bombarded with force closes...am i doing something wrong?

One bug from me:
When I go to some application and when I use volume butons and screen freeze,i can't do nothing and I take off battery to restart .
In all applications volume keys not working.?Any ideas?

That is really strange. Try to reboot to recovery once more and clean Dalvik Cache once more.

the theme engine which does most of the magic only works with AOSP...but the launcher,musicP,and lockscreen should work for you..u can give it try..

when u install the apps,go to theme chooser and selct the Ice cream theme,and reboot ur phone and let me know what happens

dont really know what the problem,i use cm7.1 with android 2.3.7,and it works fine..maybe y'all should try that...ps...u can also swipe away a notification in ur notification bar in cm7 2.3.7,which a new feature added on the ICS...

I was bored by stock themed, so I made a few myself.
Ice Cream Sandwich​

Changelog:
1) based on UOT theme with ICS glow and honeycomb statusbar
2) add ICS buttons, statusbar, battery icons (FINALLY FIXED!!)
3) status display ICS
4) ICS transitions
5) ROBOTO Font
6) Download LCD Density and change to 130 150 (I am currently 135)
This looks better^^
7) smalled pictures 80%, got error and strange things. but USB icon is almost fine now!

3) popup: I forgot how it looked, I made it white with underline, black border and white glow - EDIT: MDPI theme included popup, everything is now fine
4) ICS transitions (as FroYo was sold out ) and Ubuntu font - EDIT: ROBOTO font
5) everything is FroYo, except the things ciaox (now Bytecode) included in his ROM. example: reboot and recovery icon (already fixed this, will upload tomorrow)

Check this highly recommended guide on theming. It has all info about theming, xmls, apktool etc.etc.

ATM dax is helping me with the XMLs, thats all i can give you..
But in the meantime, I'll add a smaller text selector, the right popups and smalled usb-logo. Maybe I can also fix that battery issue.
I am now buying an prepaid visa-card so I can do some market tricks

Nice work bro..but i feel d notification pulldown area is filled with a lotto black background and white text..why not mAke the text in there to be blue? So asto add the ICS effect?

One more suggestion..
I would recomment you to look into the popup menu text colour
If possible chnge tat also to blue .
Say when u long press homescreen ..the text is difficult to read with d dark background..check it out..

No ..its only for official gingerbread based roms ...try cm7 themed ics from android market.

Huh, I wanted to try this but the results are terrible.
Camera(It crashes)
Gallery(It works but photo editing crashes)
Keyboard(Works but no gesture typing)
Clock(crashes)
Launcher(Works fine)
GMail(Works fine)
Emoji keyboard(Works but has ****ty performance)
App installer(Same as default one)
The rest work just fine.
Everything has been tested on FrozenPika 1.6.8 .

Gallery- Yeah. Problem is with editing but you can use snap camera.
Keyboard- Only is working in English.
Clock- Go to settings and delete cache in app. If this doesn't working so you can try this.
Personally, I think that these results are sufficient to backport so at all with astonishment that something works. If you see these results as terrible so you can try to fix it myself or you can compile android 4.2 for u8800.

You can always learn I'm right now trying to port a cyanmobile build for u8800pro alone and it's really difficult... Everything is matter of practice

Hello,
I created some screenshots, please see them attached:
The torch application is blue. The icons which remain blue (at least for me) are the "Calendar", "Downloads", "Music" and the "Torch".
This is a minor issue only, but if you decide to update your theme due to some reasons, it would be good to change back these items as well.

Because why make a sense 3.x Rom when there's already near perfect ones out. And sense 4 and above is already being worked on

i just like the stock htc look, so i'am sharing this theme with you
when i ll have time i'll work for update with some pngs from sens 5 as i sayed.
if you find that some apps are still with the blue theme, just tell me and i'll fix it in the next update.
