Galaxy S bootloop

Hello everybody,
i´m new here and have a great problem on my Galaxy S I9000.
I hat Android 2.2 installed on that device and wanted to install Cyanogenmod by this guide (cant post links)
The Problem i had was i couldn´t get into the downloadmode or recoverymode (Volume up/down, home and Power button)
So i made it with the Android SDK (adb reboot download) to get into the downloadmode.
Once I was there i made the part with the heimdall flash --kernel zImage.
In the end it said the Installation was succesfully and rebootet the Phone. Now it always reboots and only shows the "Samsung Galaxy S I9000" screen and then restarts.
Notice, i didnt do anything else instead the things above (no rootet phone, no flash or something like this). I also had problems installing Android 2.3 with Kies on this device so i tried it with 2.2.
Is there a chance for me to get the phone back to stock? If i connect the USB to the PC it sounds like it detected the device, but then it restarts.
If i only stick in the USB cable to the PC without booting the device a round loading screen apears but stock.
Odin also dont show up anything. Is there anything i can do? Thank you.

For USB Connection issues try http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=27205737&postcount=4571
For recovery try to Flash Rescue kit for i9000 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=29331775&postcount=1
Sounds like you flashed kernel only, so the proper system is missing.
Try to get into download mode again, and flash a complete ROM (kernel, phone, csc, database, pit512, repartition...) using Heimdal or Odin. Search sammobile.com or the forum to get the ROM/version you need/want (if stock is your choice, use the 3-files-firmware).
If you want to install CyanogenMod, you'll need to get into recovery mode and install the CyanogenMod.zip from here.

S5000-F recovery request (desperate's cry)

Dear XDA members.
Things started going wrong along with failed rooting procedure. This made the device to hang on manufacturer's logo (recovery availiable).
Then I've tried to follow "how-to-flashing-lenovo-s5000-via-spft" @ zonexfirmware.blogspot.com; describing the use of SPFT to flash rom from PC. Unfortunately "PMT changed for the ROM" error made me to "format whole flash except Bootloader". This allowed to flash rom in "Download Mode" via SPFT.
Now the rom still does not boot, and additionally when trying to enter recovery mode I see only "factory mode".
So, standing on the edge I'm hesitating. Probably Firmware upgrade mode or Format All + Download would solve the problem. But things may go also the other way (much like considering my latest results).
At this point I'm even not sure whether the rom linked in the guide suits my device.
Please kindly advise.
Format All + Download almost bricked the tablet.
Has anyone an idea what is wrong with this procedure? The device is not booting and have the factory mode instead recovery mode stikk,

Mode download doesn't work

Hello,
I want upgrade my LG G2 with a new rom 5.xX
This phone have only the operator update. No custom, no trwp, nothing...
I installed drivers and when i want access to download mode. I can't. I use the good proccess with vol up then plug usb cable always with vol up presses.
follow this procces after a little moment my phone show me battery logo charging.
So i can't access to download mode.
I would use this process
t was NOT bricked. I finally tried playing around with the LG Mobile Support Tool (B2CAppSetup.exe). Of course it detected that my phone already had the latest firmware from T-Mobile, but then I clicked Options>Upgrade Recovery.
It downloaded for a while then I noticed it had put my phone into download mode (it said "Rooted" in red letters at the bottom). Then it flashed the same firmware over and I immediately tested, it entered download mode right away. But I didn't end up needing that as Stumproot was able to brute force it now after the recovery flash.
Anyway, I couldn't find an answer anywhere else. Most results also have a bricked phone, but that wasn't my issue. This solved my problem and maybe it could work for others.
but it's impossible for me to install B2appsetup on my pc the installation begin then stop after 5s then nothing.
I have Win 10.
Do you have a solution for me , please??

Tablet lenovo yoga 10 B8000-F not booting

Hi,
I have been successfully running Android 4.4.2 rooted on my tablet Lenovo Yoga for a while (see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59609647&postcount=178 ).
Yesterday unfortunately, the tablet is stuck on boot.
Turning it on, it displays LENOVO logo on the screen but then the logo stays there and nothing happens.
(I left the tablet on for more than 15mins, nothing, only LENOVO yoga always displayed on the screen).
Turning it off and connecting the usb cable, the tablet screen wakes immediately up and displays always (no animation!) the battery icon with the red lightning inside.
I can access recovery mode and wiped cache, then rebooted, still same problems.
Any help? What could the causes be?
Thanks a lot.
UPDATE: I tried a factory reset but I problably switched it off before it was completed (the screen was dark - not sure).
Now it boots, it shows LENOVO logo, then the android robot with ERASING... and after a few minutes it reboots and it's stucked in this loop (LENOVO logo -> android ERASING -> reboot)...
How can I fix it?
Can you get a copy of the original ROM and flash to the tablet, using something like this. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=48915118#post48915118
Maybe this site might be of help if you can get the needed files. http://techbeasts.com/useful-adb-and-fastboot-commands-and-how-to-them/2/

Thanks for your useful answer!
I managed to download B8000_A422_000_085_140402_WW_WIFI rom but this is a folder (not a flashable zip file via sdcard) that has to be flashed via Smart Phone Flash Tool software.
I tried to use FlashTool, but FlashTool does not recognize my tablet (drivers should be OK) and therefore install the rom or do anything on the tablet
Do you know where to find a flashable zip rom for Lenovo 10 tablet so that I can try to flash it via sdcard?
Cheers.

Ah ah I was checking the same website! Thanks!
Keep you posted
Thank you everybody, I managed to install 4.2 Android stock again, then update to 4.4.
A hint if someone will have my same same problem (pink lines but no yellow bar in the flash tool, so the flashing process did not start).
I solved it by pressing once shortly the power button on the tablet (then the yellow lines appeared and the flash process began and completed successfully!).
UPDATE: see this link to switch from Chinese to other language https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lynx-M...CION-YOGATABLET-8-10-B6000-B8000/ta-p/1761767
Thanx for guide!!

[/COLOR]Bumping an old thread rather than starting a new one, because this is exactly what my tablet started doing. I only use it for reading, so when it first started acting up I tossed it on the shelf and figured I'd fix it later. Now I want to read, and I find myself digging around in here. Apparently I'm to stupid to follow the directions for any type of flash involving my computer SP doesn't show me the scatter file I need in my firmware directory. I'd really love to just toss this onto a micro SD and flash it the old fashioned way! Barring that, some dummy proof instructions. I haven't flashed since my old S5, and this device is even older than that so I should be able to get this done. It's really annoying me that I can't. TIA for any help.
Unfortunately my Lenovo Yoga, after 4 years, died... :'(

If anyone has a solution please let me know, tx a lot!

Surf 10.1 2nd gen stuck at boot screen

A friend gave me a Surf 10.1 2nd gen and it's stuck on the boot screen. I tried running recovery and it sticks at the same screen. I think it needs the stock rom flashed back to it. The only mode I can get in is fastboot. Does anyone know where I can get the rom or get this working?
Thank you
Has anyone had this issue?
had this issue, different model tablet, however steps are the same. find the model number, download the stock OTA from this thread
then you gotta flash the stock rom using SP flash tool
Mine doesn't have any of those model numbers on it. I down loaded the one that comes without a keyboard.

Did you flash it from Fastboot?
Has to be flashed using SP flash tools, which does it when the device is powered off
I tried that but it won't go. The com port opens temporarily then it goes away. The only way I can get a com port to stay is of the tablet is trying to boot up, but the driver for it won't install.
I think it is bricked. The com port show up briefly then disconnects.

in sp flash tools, go to the "format" tab, and select "format whole flash except bootloader" and hit start. plug in the tablet, and it will format. after that, unplug the tablet, press power button and volume up for 15-30 seconds. go to the "download" tab, load all the files to flash, then hit download. plug in the tablet after you hit download
this guide is pretty decent: https://www.getdroidtips.com/flash-stock-firmware-using-sp-flash-tool/
make sure you install mediatek vcom drivers first: https://androidfilebox.com/tips/how-to-install-mediatek-vcom-driver-on-windows-10/
I't looks like I have the wrong rom. I'm having trouble finding the correct one.
