hi all im looking for a full theme thats mainly black with hints of blue for icons and text ect, is their one that will mod everything from menus to contacts ect ?

rocketrom v7 ics mate, just installed today.
iver tryed the Theme Dark ICS Rocket for RR v7 by galaxy1210, in post three of the mod but it only changes some of the stuff it misses out contacts and a few other things, i would like a full skin theme if possible

I am aware that someone did port music lover, but I believe it to be for an older (incompatible for me) ROM base. Has anyone ported any of these kind of themes to a 2.29.405.2 base? If not then can anyone port the Music lover or Slate theme?

How can you port them? Wouldn't you need the skin functionality to be built in to the rom like in sense 2? And therefore, need to be using a custom HD desire port rom with sense 2 t, which have the skins built in anyway?

i agree. i also saw some themes which were ported from DHD to Desire. But they dont work on newer rom versions. It would be great to see them here.....

Do you use some special theme with it or stock cm7 theme?
Is cm7 ready for prime time? Any wired boots?
Use any Z sense or DHD Sense ROM from the Desire ROM section and apply any DHD/Desire Z themes for the newer Sense.
For the themes to work on older versions of Sense they require a port like Matt originally linked to.
So all in all if you want to use DHD themes, use a ROM with the newer Sense version and then just apply themes from DHD forums. They'll work fine.

LOL No what i meant was, I have no need for these themes as I am using CM7. It's very stable, lots of Gingerbreaddy goodness as long as you do exactly as the included tut tells you, you should have no problems!
anyone have an updated one for cm nightly 70 in black or blue? i have found one that does not sync my contacts because there in no option to do so..any help would be appreciated..ive searched in developement..themes n apps section..can not find it as an add on anywhere please help!

no..this question is for fb for cm nightly 70..cm nightly 62 and newer are 2.3.4 but im sure u knew that. so i need an updated add on for the themes i am flashing. the ones i recieved are older versions missing the sync feature..i am a noob and after reading your comment i will look further into your statement. thank you. have a nice day =)

The facebook apps are not based on certain versions of android. The newest creation of facebook is 1.5.4. The one I linked u to is version 1.5.3 but themed and renamed as a separate app that I had in the market. That's why it wouldn't sync correctly. You can take and themed Facebook app from here and throw it on top of any rom and it will prob work. Also if u google themed or inverted facebook Ull find what u want also. Again it has nothing to do with cm or sense rom or which nightly ur using.

Mik's CM7 6.5.8 is 2.3.7
but as android 2.3.6 effected only nexus phone's and 2.3.5 affected some phone, this is 2.3.7 with nothing more then 2.3.4 "bugfixes" that is for our phone

if this is based on cm7 6.5.8 then it would be 2.3.7.... this is based on CyanogenMMatt v1.1 (cm7 mik's 6.5.7).... again... this IMO should be moved to themed roms as its no different than CyanogenMMatt with a different launcher.

This thread is originally made for ICS. And most of the links are for ICS rom "Dark Unicorn" (4.0.4).
If you want "Dark Jelly Bean" (4.1) you need to download it here: http://infernorom.weebly.com/
Note that some functions (like camera) aren't working in JB roms.

as I am reinstalling it, what is your recommended for ICS rom? Should I get Dark Unicorn or something else? Instagram wasn't working in Dark Unicorn 2.5. So not sure if I made a mistake.

I'm not the best to recommend as Dark Unicorn is the only rom (beside stocks ones) I've used in mytouch 4g. I really like it.
Instagram has a little bug but if you open gallery inside instagram (or just show the gallery menu, if you have more than 1 gallery app) instagram will allow you to take a picture.
Personally, I love Dark Unicorn, & its the 1st ICS rom that has kept me from going back to Sense 3.5. I simply love it, although honestly, if a 4.0 sense rom ever becomes available with a working camera, I'd have to get ..Awesome.. to cook me one up...
