Shipping time

For those lucky few who have received their Adams, how long did it take to arrive after it left the factory? I am particularly interested in shipments to the east coast of the US

Well, they all shipped last week on Thursday or Friday. And most people (on the west coast) Received them on Monday or Tuesday of this week. People in the UK received them on Monday as well. So I would assume that it would be at most Thursday to Wednesday for east coast USA. Which should be ~6 days (since we don't ship on Sundays here).

Hope its less than 6 days, mines shipping on the 29th and if it gets here to late on the 4th I wont be able to get it until the following Monday!

I went following this guy around (wasn't stalking, he just happen to be delivering same places I went [though I do admit, I did think of the possibilty of conking him over the head for a split second]), first time I have actually noticed a TNT delivery truck. He was going around Miami, Brickell/downtown area..

I think that this batch of pre-orders is being shipped by air, though, just to make up for the delay due to waiting for FCC and CE approval... I don't think all future orders will be that quick

My info is the same as yours. For me, these both updated at the same time so I'm hoping it's already in Hong Kong waiting to get on a flight. Or even better, is already in the air. Guessing I'll get it Monday even though I was hoping for Friday.

a buddy of mine got shipping / tracking notification on the 16th and received his on the 21st.
I Got a tracking num also this a.m., time for package tracker pro!!!

Yes I saw that stock as well. Ordering from Amazon.de will set you back about £515 if you are prepared to wait two days for delivery.

i have cancelled mine
i had 2 orders from expansys, one from the UK and the other from the UAE (slightly cheaper) and i cancelled them, waiting for clove to ship mine
expansys will ship after 3 days and clove will have first stock by November 3rd.

why clove is getting them later than others??? they have already took the money

Personally I would never pre-order with a place that took the money up front.

Seems Expansys have already sold around 45 since the post stating that they had 71! Quite a fast mover.
The Notes that Clove will be selling are official UK stock and the official UK release is Nov 3rd. Expansys is currently selling German stock (where it's alreay been released officially) with official UK stock available to pre-order just like Clove.
The models are the same apart from the mains adaptor.
Going like hot cakes - it's now 15:22 GMT and less than ten left!

Some of you guys ate from the US and buy from expansys because I can‘t take tha VAT at the ending of the order to pay the VAT appear again in the invoice.

I jumped on this and the invoice shows 458.32 and 0.00 for VAT, shipped to the US

No thats what the final order / invoice showed in the email after placing the order. 0.00 on the VAT. I checked my credit card nothing there yet. But the total price 458.32 UK Pounds.

16:10 GMT and all have been sold. Now they are saying "Stock Expected in 7 days" - that will be after the official availability of UK stock with a UK mains adaptor.
They sold around £40,000 worth (retail value) of the Galaxy Note in only three hours or so!

I've just been told on the phone to Three that they have the Note in stock, but it'll be in testing until "the second or third week of November".
Then they'll be selling it on their rather brilliant "One Plan", which gives you 2000 minutes, 5000 texts and genuinely unlimited data. £35 or £40 a month. Think i'll be waiting for that to come along...

Well I started reviewing my order that I placed this morning from the top of this forum stating they had 71 units available. When I placed my order Expansys stated they 40 something units. But reviewing my order status at first said 7 days to ship and now says 3 days to ship. The other weird part is the invoice I received states that the device is in stock: tem / Stock Qty Price Total

That, and they ask for your personal AND credit card information over a NON encrypted connection....

I placed an order for one of their "in stock" ones and received a confirmation late this afternoon that it had been shipped. I paid for next day delivery and made it a condition of my order that I had delivery on 1st November.

I have now used the DHL tracking and found that it looks like it was in stock but not in the UK as it was collected from Expansys at 16:41 GMT in Marseille, France.

I placed my order on the 26th, when I phoned Friday they said they would be getting more Monday. Today I had the email saying my preorder had been fulfilled and confirm I still want it.
Then I noticed them come into stock on the main website.
Mine is shipped and currently in France, hopefully it will get to the UK overnight

Yupp mine just got delayed to the 29th here in Sweden on Tele2 I already had my Z1 sold so my old dumbpjone will have to act as my replacement for awhile.

It's not just UK, It's everywhere. I am in China and trying to get the Taiwan version and they are out of stock.

I actually work in a Phones4U store and we've had no advertising through for the Z2 at all so it's likely delayed in stores a fair bit longer and those that pre-ordered will receive their handset on the 22nd.
Gutting really as I've the day off tomorrow and was looking forward to playing with a shiny new Z2!
EVERYTHING is about the S5 in stores so I really hope Sony get their act together soon or it'll be a massive head start for Samsung.

On three website it says estimate delivery 1st May so it might be longer than what you expect

I pre ordered on three website on the 4th April & the confirmation email said it would be delivered on or around the 1st May. It not that long a wait.

Hmm, got a feeling the same delay may apply to Carphone Warehouse orders too.
Will be amazed to get an email on Monday to say its on its way but either way its gonna be worth the wait even if it is mid May until I receive the phone

I upgraded on three. Free phone, free speaker, 300 mins, unlimited text and data. 41 a month. Was originally to be delivered today, but now says 1st May.

It was a new contract, vodafone contract will be cancelled in the last month of it, three are doing a Sony speaker that is wifi, bluetooth & NFC enabled & costs about £119 & it also comes with the premium in ear noise cancelling earphones. Pretty decent package but to be honest I would rather have the magnetic charging dock than the speaker lol.

I did the same except mines still showing as due for delivery on 10th April on my account, despite it now being the 11th
So far all I have is case from amazon sat there mocking me xD Tempted to phone customer services tomorrow and find out if they have aclue when I can expect it.

When I phoned them last week they said 10th April, so I said are you sure? She put me on hold for ten seconds and came back and said 1st May. I highly doubt it'll even be then at this rate.

Anyone who has pre-ordered through Phones4U if you contact their customer services and complain about the delay they will compensate you for the delay.
I got an additional £50 cashback ontop of the other cashback i am already getting.
Just a heads up for everyone, might be worth getting in touch with the people you pre ordered from.

I was going to complain to Vodafone, but received a SMS this morning saying I made the first 3000 preorders for the free TV

Interesting, i ordered mine from phones4u on monday..... ive been told i'll have it on the 14th, i even asked if that was correct due to delays and was assured id have it on the 14th..... as yet ive had no emails telling me otherwise.

My brother-inlaw works there so gave me 30% off the same tariff you have. Comes to about £36 a month with free phone, and told him I want a signal booster thrown in for free. Also the 2 years spotify.
I'm with Three at the moment so gave them a ring to see if they'd match it, best they could do was £41 month, free phone, free speaker, 300 mins, unlimited texts and data.
I still can't decide if 5gb of data will be enough? It is now, but once 4g arrives in my area, it'll be faster than my home broadband.
So hard trying to make a decision of phone/tariff which you've got to keep for 2 years!

What's up with people getting good deals, here in Norway all we get is the Smartband with the order, no compensation or anything like that for the delay.

Edit: Correct on the Saturday delivery. Tracking status shows delivery for Monday. I'm okay with that.

I was told by a t-mobile rep that UPS does not deliver on weekends. i told him I opted and paid for overnight shipping as well. Hope he is wrong.

Unfortunately he is correct. Next day air does not include Saturdays. You have to specify Saturday delivery and pay extra.

well, to be fair, T-Mobile does not give that option and 'next day' is their most expensive shipping method.

I got my txt msg at 4:14 PM with tracking number.
I pay the cheapest and hope it ship from TN or KY as I live in GA.

I pre-ordered my Tmobile Black Note 4 on Sept. 24th. at my local Tmobile store.
I paid full price for it using my chase visa debt card and for the last 15 hours my
bank statement showed "pending" and it still shows that the payment is pending.
About 10 minutes ago I got a tmobile text on my phone stating that it has been
shipped via ups and the msg also had the ups tracking number.

Just got an email feom UPS that T-Mobile has sent a pkg @ 1.2 lbs for Monday EOD delivery myself... No word from T-Mobile at all... Honestly, I am so glad it is out of their hands now (Tmo, that is)

Set the package to be held at distribution location and you can go pick it up at opening Monday morning instead of waiting all day for delivery.

If you go to UPS website, you can tell it to leave the package at the UPS call center and you get to pick it up 10am-1pm and 4pm-7pm. Since Monday is a holiday for me, I just go to the UPS call center and get it at 10 am? Rather then wait all day at home?
WHat do you guys think? Good idea?

Just checked UPS site and saw my tracking information there. My shipping has changed from ground to Next Day Air Saver. I changed it to be held for pickup, and when I did it should eta of 10/16.
If anyone else wants to check their status use your mobile phone number as the reference # without any spaces, or dashes.

That's what I did. I work 2nd shift starting at 3:30pm. UPS has a bad tendency to deliver around 5:30pm to my house. At least this way I'll be able to pick it up before work hopefully.
Has anyone who had their Note 4 ship today actually seen any movement on the UPS site? I received the text with the tracking number at 2:50 pm and I have yet to see any movement. It just says "order processed: ready for UPS".

Well I checked the Tmobile website. It said my Note 4 has been shipped. It had the UPS tracking number. So I will receive it in a few days. They are definitely shipping them out earlier than expected.

UPS has mine. Just got updated.

Will it arrive monday if mine says it will arrive then or will it come tuesday cause of holiday being monday?

Shipping and Waiting Room

Ordered Gunmetal 64 @ 12:01am received and email from 1+ later on that day saying my order had been shipped. Also received a text from DHL saying that my order had shipped with a 11/25 expected date. When I track it from DHL is says the order is being held in China as of this afternoon. Hmmmm

Mine says the same. Fortunately, China isn't celebrating Thanksgiving so hopefully we will still be getting them Friday.

Mine was ordered on the 22 at 1203pdt and got a ship notification yesterday.
It's set for delivery for tomorrow. So I will have mine tomorrow evening assuming nothing goes wrong. It's currently sitting with customs today and I believe has been released for delivery tomorrow

my estimate delivery is also on Friday, deliver via DHL to California. Right now, it is sitting at the LAX airport awaiting custom.

128 gb held in China also.

Ordered this morning a 64 GB at 430 am, received my shipping notification tonight at 716 pm. Says expected by the 30th of Nov.

I ordered 128gb last night and it shows 'estimated dispatch' for the 16th lol.... Hope it will ship soon ?
Did it give you a long ET on dispatch?

Ordered as soon as I woke up on the 22nd (5:30am) and have an estimated dispatch date of tomorrow, and ETA of Dec 1st. I'm so impatient, I want it now! Lol no option of faster shipping when I ordered, so I have to take what I can get.

<UPDATE:> Original estimate Dec 22, arrived Dec 20. It was in China 36 hours previously. Jet travel is still amazing.
What a gorgeous piece of hardware. I'm perfectly happy with my One, but son needs a replacement phone, so Merry Christmas to me. Now I have to decide whether to wait for Oxygen Nougat or root, flash TWRP, and try CM 14.1. I'm very impressed with CM 14.1 on the One, it's the best ROM I've ever used. Decisions decisions.

The Gunmetal 128 wwas "shipping immediately" for about 36 hours. I decided to wait as I won't be at my delivery address until next week.
Silly me. When I checked yesterday, "Buy Now" indicated 4 weeks (Dec 22). I purchased on the spot. This morning (Nov 24), the "Buy Now" info for Gunmetal 128 says "less than five days". I could be a douche and cancel my existing order, then re-order with the new date, but I'm also curious to see if my shipment goes earlier than currently stated. If they can keep the price of the phone low, I don't mind a little lag in updates for shipment dates, especially if they're in the right (shorter) direction. I don't need phone until Christmas time (current OnePlus One will be going to college student home for holiday).

My estimated delivery is Tuesday but it's already in Seattle which is 2 1/2 hours away from me. So I'm hoping it gets delivered sooner than expected! :laugh:

Ordered my 128gb within 10 minutes of launch time (2:00am CST) and it's estimated to be delivered tomorrow. Here's to hoping DHL ain't being optimistic.

Mine is currently at the sorting plan and has been released. Scheduled for delivery today and looks like that's holding true

Mine made it from China to Cinci overnight. Back on track for Friday.

Ordered at about 4am, not expected to ship until tomorrow and get here the 1st. I'm impatient, and hoping the estimates are wrong.

My 128gGb is scheduled for today by end of day. The tracking still shows left LAX last night but has not arrived in Calgary yet!!

So, it has to go from LAX to Canada then pass the custom and DHL still gonna deliver today on the Thanksgiving day?
