Headphone jack not working?

My headphone jack is not working is there anyway I can fix it?

After ota my sound is now routed to my earpiece and not to my speaker in the back

Anyone else having a issue with sound routing to front speaker if so what is a fix if any yet talk you in advanced.

My Loudspeaker crackles

Hi been having this problem with my loudspeaker I hear distortion/crackling while listening to music I was only able to notice because this is my second s4 and the previous one had no issues. it was crystal clear.i know there is another thread regarding this problem but they are experiencing it with headphones on whereas my case is different...
