Hi,
sometimes my P6800 completely freezes. I can turn screen on or of with power button, but that's all I can do. I can only see lock screen with no activity. Clock stops at the time when tablet has frozen. Incoming phone calls aren't ringing and SMS messages are not coming. (but they are not completely lost, after restart by holding power button for approx. 6 seconds, SMS messages are finally received).
This freezing happens about 1 to 3 times a week.
Do you have any experience with this behavior? I use stock ROM with Android 3.2, rooted. The only application I have which uses root permissions is LBE Privacy Guard.

My HD2 spuriously crashes almost daily.
I've tried various clean stock roms and all suffered the same problem.
After lots of testing i've narrowed this down to email notification sounds.
I have 3 pop email accounts that check every 30 minutes.
If the phone is asleep (black screen) when an email comes in the sound notification is played but somethines stops part way through. When this happens the phone hangs (either button lights on or everything off with unresponsive touchscreen). The only way to recover is cover off & reset.
As a test i turned off the email sound notification.
Success!!
My phone has been running for more than a week now with no hang!

Hi there,
Many of you know that nexus 4 is experiencing random "black screen of death". What happens is that the phone freezes while in sleep (stand-by) for long time, for example over night. It is not a complete freeze, as the notification light keep blinking (if there are notifications); when you call the phone the caller hears a proper "ringing" tone (so the phone is not off), but the nexus 4 itself doesn't make any sounds. Alarms also don't sound, which makes Nexus 4 a horribly unreliable alarm clock.
The only way out of the freeze is holding the on/off button for 10 sec, which turns off the phone, and then holding it again for usual 1-2 sec to turn the phone back on.
What I discovered is that these freezes happen 1-3 times a week, but only if I have pattern password on lock screen. When I turn password off (so I have the "slide to unlock"), freezes are gone. Maybe this information will help others, or provide some insight to a complete solution to the problem? Does anybody have other experiences with black screen of death on their nexus 4?
Just a note, I have stock but rooted nexus 4. Internet reports that these problems happen on stock unrooted, stock rooted, custom roms, even on phones freshly out of factory reset with no apps installed.
Here are some threads talking about the problem:

AndroidCentral Forums
I've always been on SlideToUnlock and mine has been doing that for some time since I started playing with custom roms (w/root)
What fixed it for me was to disable the PlayStore "Auto Update Apps".
Hi everyone!
After i rooted and flashed a recovery on my note 3 realized that whenever i reboot or shut down and power on my phone after i unlock the sim (via pin) the phone gets at home screen but is like dead, meaning for about a minute or two i cant lock the screen with the power button, the home and settings buttons dont light up when i push them or do any noise or vibration, wifi remains off, power saving remains off until the phone makes a quick vibe after 2 minutes or so. That quick vibe was quicker before the root and recovery, it was instant after i unlocked the sim. Also after that problem i got a calling delay, after i try to call someone now and then i have to wait for a minute or so until the call starts. The screen stays at dial pad but doesnt do anything, i can dial numbers but no key noise no key vibration. I unrooted my phone, flashed the stock rom again etc but the problem remains. If anyone knows what to do please help me out
I've not done anything to the system at all (Root, flash etc, I'm on full stock) and mine does this too. I boot it up, and for a ful 2-3 minutes it simply remains on and I can't do anything to get it to turn off. I can long-press the power key to bring up the menu, but locking the screen is simply not happening at all. Irritating, but alas.
As for the delay in calling, it usually takes a while between the dialing out and the line to actualy establish, that's probably a network issue.

i don't think that its a network problem because it happens only to me and not always. It takes a while normally but in my case it stuck's on the dial pad not between dial and line. It doesn't even turn the screen off if i put it to my ear...
Have you tried to disable the SIM pin?
I never have a pin code on my SIM and never seen this problem.

its not the pin, the phone is like dead for 2 minutes untill it starts, something like it is slow on waking
anything new?
I've got a strange problem with my Sprint Galaxy Note 3.
What's happening is that randomly when I hit the power to turn the screen back on, it will do nothing then the screen will stay blank. The phone clearly still works because if I'm on a call or listening to music it will still keep playing and the volume and other buttons continue to work.
When that happens I hold down the power to turn the phone off and then on and it boots up normally.
Rarely what will happen is the same behavior except the screen will go strangely green after I hit the power button, making the phone unusable until an off/on.
This happens sometimes multiple times a day, sometimes days without happening.
Phone is rooted, running OC5 on Android 5.0. Problem has been happening for months. Haven't made any system upgrades or installed any major apps so that isn't it. I'm thinking it is some kind of loose pin/wire but don't want to crack the phone open without a plan.
Any help appreciated!

Good Day,
I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S10+.
Everytime my screen locks, my internet disconnects.
Example 1 - when I am on a whatsapp call, the phone goes into a lock screen when I put it close to my ear, which then disconnects my internet and makes the call start reconnecting.
Example 2 - I will leave my phone alone in a locked state, for hours without recieving any notifications. As soon as I unlock my phone, all my notifications start popping up.
How do I solve this issue?

i think there is problem with device mainteance in settings check there if you may have app which you get notifications on unlock phone if its in sleeping apps..i measn go to device mainteance in settings than battery than press 3 dots un right corner than settings after that go to sleeping apps and there remove all apps which you want recive notifications
about connections i think there must be settings to allow connection on locked phone to because i not have that problems
