the most stable rom is probably official stock rom from Samsung with no modifications.

Need the stock kernel version to XWKF3 because for unrooting and then install 4.0 Ice cream sandwitch direct from Samsung Kies.
But the link doesnt exist from megauploading. So I need the ****ing stock kernel version.
Or can i install the 4.0 direct from kies although i have installed cyanogenmod?

Which JB ROM do you think would be most suitable to start porting from for our dear Galaxy Tab 7.7 ?
Do you think the official Nexus7 firmware would be fine or some CM10 tablet ROM would be a better choice ?
Or should I just compile JB from source ?

That would be great but IMHO i think that first we should wait for some custom roms
based on the final builds of 4.1.1 before we see any kernels....
Kind of hard to build a custom kernel for the TW Jelly Bean ROMs when they aren't official yet and thus, no source has been posted for them yet.
