I am new for palm unlocking ...I Dont know must about plam handset ...i have visited http://xda-developers.com/, There i saw the way... i have copyed XDAunlock.exe in ( programs/file manger/ ) When i run the program is says ERROR GETTING THE UNLOCK CODE ....I even dont know how to check the version ....Please if some could really HELP me ,

As far as i know u must upgrade rom to 1.2 developers to unlock your phone, for more info look at previous forum posts.

I had the same problem and th XDAunlock.exe didn't work for me either. So I was told that you have to update your ROM then try it. I think that you can get an official update from www.my-siemens.com.
I just decided to bypass that all together and loaded the Special Edition Rom version 1.2 onlto my XDA and it phenomenal! It unlocks your phone and gives you a bunch of very useful other applications as well. Check out the other forum about the SE ROM.

To update your device you'll need a PC with ActiveSync 4.5 or through SD Card. You don't need gprs or broadband (well, only to dowload the update file ).

If you want to update your ROM with an un official release (and thus voiding your warranty - most likely). go to Gene Upgrading Section. Its full of Custom ROMs.
However if you are expecting a os update from M$ or HTC, well keep waiting till eternity .

In some countries, you can officially upgrade to 6.5 using samsung pc studio. Also you can find plenty of custom roms over here: b7610.modaco.com .

Thanks guys. I downloaded a software by Samsung and it downloaded the official rom so i ended up finding the real thing . Any ideas about themes for this phone?
If you already have 6.5, no need to try anything other, you can try only other more graphical interface enhancing app, you can try any other ROM for your device, that only with your own risk.......

dear plz help me I have Samsung omnia pro GT B-7320. i upgraded windows mobile 6.1 to 6.5 but unfortunately that software provider was at & t and it was for Samsung jack SHG- i637UCIJ2. now it has some malfunction having some keypad buttons not working properly and also the indicator light is on always and shows charging sign though not plugged the cable..Plzzzzzzzzzz help me how to flash it back to samsung omnia pro B7320 and any risk ??? Please let me know if any one knows better.

Guess what?... The very same thing happed to me!
I too flashed that same ROM on my B7320(in 2010-11 maybe) and ended up with the exact same problems :crying:

i have a bit of a problem with my samsung Gt i8000
i have this phone for a year now and it came with wm6.1 build 5.2.21006.1.2.74
and if i try to update with KIES the samsung software for my phone it say there is a firmware update but when i try to update it say your version:
pda:IH3 / Phone:JD1 / CSC:027
and then there is no firmware update for you available ??
this is the first time i try to update my firmware and its also the first time i used the program KIES new version of samsung software to controle and arange stuff on your phone.
sorry for the bad gramma and language because its not my native language.

you can upgrade your Omnia II rom easily.....
just start searching among the topics..and you will find it...
you can upgrade your rom from 6.1 to 6.5 Or 6.5.3 ....

i got a htc touch pro 2 , the phone is outdate but i searched on phones website support that there are update sopwares and roms for my phone.
my concern is ive been trying to updatem y phone put i cant seem to get my pc and my phone in sync or activesync.
