and your device is armv6
oh oh.. So, can I upgrade it without actually changing my device ?
And what is armv6 ? Do you mean processor or some app/OS version ?

ARMv6 is older cpu platform. You can´t install chrome because you have ARMv6 and Froyo or Gingerbread Rom. Chrome is supported only in Ics and Armv7+ Cpu's

Please google about Dell xcd35 and Zte blade. You'll find out a lot about what can be run and what cannot. Secondly if market says any app isn't compatible with your device, its 90% true it wont work.

Okay got it.. My question is resolved
Thanks everyone..
I did some research online and I still don't understand if it is possibile to install flash player on our phones. As I understand it, our phone does not support flash player, but there is a ported version of flash player which works on this phone. The question is, which one?
I use PrimeHD 6 on my xperia, and I tried this versions
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=18562297#post18562297
but, even if the installation works well, when I try to stream videos which are not hosted on youtube, I got the message "Sorry, unable to reproduce the video". Why?
Try version 10. Its more stable on me.
Dont expect to experience the same thing. Expect lags.
The official version, or the ported version? Can you link me where I can find it?

Hi team XDA
I have been reading the forum for over a month now (almost daily - it's dangerously addictive)
I have introduced myself before but anyway I am from sunny South Africa.
CM9 was my daily driver for a good while until I got bored waiting for the official JB release. I then thought I would try out Omega 13.1. I still enjoy ICS and like a solid ROM.
After flashing Omega 13.1 I noticed a few apps did not appear in the Play store anymore. I tried downloading them through a browser but then it would just give me the error that the device is not compatible. I was playing Max Payne on CM9 but now I cannot even install it. Also another app that I cannot find is Amuse (9gag reader etc).
I would appreciate if anyone has come across this issue and can shed some light?
Thanks
Van

Thanks for the reply bala gamer. Sorry I am fairly noob but I did try search for similar issues and could not find a resolution.
The apps showed up and I played them on CM 9 but now they do not show up in the Play Store. I went to Settings > Application manager > all > Google Play Store but the cache was already on 0 so I cant wipe there.
When I search for Market enabler in Play store I get an app called Vodafone Market Enabler *ADS* - should I try that app?

Even when using google play from my internet browser, some apps e.g. max payne, king of fighters, are classified as incompatible with my galaxy s3. What I do is to buy it through my wife`s S2, then transfer the apk to my S3

Thanks Zoot. I also did try wipe cache / dalvik and fixing permissions from CWM recovery. No luck.
I have attempted to do as you said and still cannot see the missing apps in the Play Store.
I guess I will need to go over to Jellybean and then it'll be sorted. Thought I would be patient enough to wait for official JB.

Hey everyone,
As you all know that the Android 4.2 Keyboard is out with Swype like gesture typing. I have tried to install the apk or the flashable zip from many sources but it keeps force closing or it just wont show up.
Has anyone tried them and managed to get it to work?
If so then please share the guide.
Here are the links to get them

I tried it on Rashed's CM10 rom build 5 and 6, also on Paranandroid 2.52 from Bytecode, still did not work.
I was wondering if there is a trick to making it work or something.
The keyboard doesnt work on armv6 devices the library files are compiled for only armv7 devices.

Since this stuff was taken of Nexus binaries, probably will not work. IF the sources are available, then our devs can compile it for our device and it might work. If Google has lock it into ARMv7 (the 4.2 digital clock, talkback, and others apparently are!), then, well ...
Mozey on down to the thread "Groundbreaking app" and try the SwiftKey Flow beta. Runs just fine on our phones and may even be the same codebase.

Just install as normal app or rename to "GameOptimization.apk" and replace to system/app.:highfive:
I think that no need to install game optimize. If you really want to play games smoothly, just install an AOSP rom, CM, RR...those roms consume less memory and cpu usage.
