Hey Guys,
as i feel ignored in dev-threads, i ask you in a separate thread:
Am I the only one experiencing problems with usage of bluetooth-headsets?
at the moment the most stable rom 4 me is SDSL1.2 with old revo-kernel (based on .29) - there i only get random reboots, but it works
with all other kernels i'm not able to hear the other side, but they do hear me ...
does anyone else in gt540-forum use bt-headset daily?
what bt-headset you use?
does it work with miro's ics?
any suggestion how to solve that problem?
btw. i'm using a parrot mki9100 (installed in my car) -> it was very expensive and i would appreciate if my gt540 will perfectly work together
Hi i just replying to the part you said that you feel ignored, not likely the case you may not get replies as we might not know how to reply the question.
OK,
all i can say is:
Miro made new version of SDSL 2.1 with .35 working gr8 and fixed all issues with bt.
i've tested now bt-headset for few hours and it worked gr8, no hangs, no reboots, no problems.

Hi all,
Maybe I am not posting on the right place, hopefully you can help me. I have installed the latest CyanogenMod 7 Nightly for Legend. It works as charm ! Great release !!!
I have only one question. When somebody calls me and I answer, the phone goes to loudspeaker for about 1-2 seconds and after that it goes back to normal. It is not a big deal, but it is frustrating. If anybody knows a fix for this issue, I will be very thankful !
Otherwise it is great !
Dont have a fix, but can confirm the same problem.
which version are you running?
CyanogenMod-7-01162011-NIGHTLY-Legend
I'm having problems when using earphones from the first day I bought my Omnia7. The problem is:
Earphones are fully functional, and there are no problems with listening music etc. But, after I make FIRST phone call using earphones or after I answer the FIRST phone call, my phone becomes unresponsive within short period of time, and I don't hear other people during calls nor they hear me. So the first call triggers all this. That first call however goes through without any problems, problems come after that. I tried using several earphones with same results. After I reboot everything works fine again.
I'm pretty much sure it isn't hardware related problem since I listen to music without any problem and the first call works great every time.
I'm running the latest version of OS and I got these new drivers from Samsung few days ago, but still no improvement. Anyone here with similar problems and if so, did you manage to solve it and how?
...
Almost 300 views so far, but none reply... It can't be I'm the only one with this kind of problem?!
I have same problem! Please help
When did you guys get your phone. Where are you now, have you flashed your phone or messed with any functions with in the Diagnosis App at all.
Omnia 7 has original Rom with mango update, no modding or special things.
Finally, some activity in this thread!
I had this problem, with stock Rom and also with several custom roms, so it must be hardware related. On the other hand, it shows some signs of software related issues, so I'm still confused...

Samsung in a nutshell
I recently installed CM 10.1 on a Defy+.
For some reason - if I call someone (or they call me) - they cannot hear me, and I cannot hear them. Even if I put on the loudspeaker I still cannot hear them.
Phone is working normal apart from that, speaker seems to work fine so not convinced it is a hardware issue.
Only happened after flashing the ROM. It *was* working for some time. Any ideas what could have caused this? From reading about CM on other phones, people recommend flashing different kernels. Any ideas which kernel to flash?
Thanks.
Ok looks like this is an issue with BlueTooth being on. I turned it off and it worked fine.
Seems to be an issue with all CM 10.x that I was unaware of. I flashed this ROM on my wifes Defy+ to improve the speed and reliabilty of her phone. Needless to say she is not happy.
Maybe I should have flashed 7.2??

I guess 7.2 is good and stable enough for a non power user. That bug is known and it's not yet fixed.
Like @hotdog125 said, it's a known bug, and happens sometimes even when bluetooth is not used at all. I never use bluetooth and it happens to me quite often; rebooting your phone fixes the problem.

All stock roms dont have MIC working for phone calls
All CM based romes DO work but after some calls unfortunally become unstable. Dialer hangs or crashes sometimes after second sometime after tenth call,..
Is it just me or common problem with Tab 2 (i am new to it).

Hi Guys,
As I am forum n00b and have some small questions, i thought i'd open my thread here. If i need to move, let me know, and i will do so.
I have updated to the latest Blisspop (1.7, 01-12-14 build) and have installed the latest Ktoonsz Kernel (Rocks btw, keep it up dude, my god).
- When will Blissspop have updating from within the rom itself? I love testing the new versions, but i am also not in the mood to reflash and reinstall all my apps/configs on a daly basis.
- I still have the Bluetooth lagging on my wireless headset. Setting profile to performance, or changing the CPU governor settings (bluetooth/media to min 2ghz for example) do not really solve it yet. Just feedback.
- Occasionally I have dialer issues. Every now and again it opens very laggy.
Actually, the only main issue is the well known Bluetooth stuttering. I use a BT headset and I am more than willing to field test it, as i use it daily and update my roms almost daily. All I would need is someone telling me what you would want me testing, and I'm yours.
Keep up the great work guys, really!
Cheers,
Yves
ps: Ktoonsz...you sir, are a robot. My god
pps: It seems the blisspop download section is down at the moment?
