[Q] Google Sync not working

Today when i installed the Cyanogen Nightly build 4 ( wiped data + cache + davlik ) . After installing it when i checked the accounts -> google account there i am not able to find sync contacts , gmail , calender .. only picasa option is there ..
i tried wiping again ... ( for 5 times ) .. still i am gettting that only .. please help ..

Did you install the google apps zip?
Should be a gapps-az-20100816-1.0.zip
As far as i know, Cyanogen was given a Cease & Desist letter to stop them from distributing the google apps.
Not sure if this has anything to do with your case.

problem eit gmail update

i cant download gmail update from the market it says not signed correctly any one can help

It might caused of duplicate or more gmail accounts and using all of them thru your device with defferint browsers, similar to what happened to me.
Try to log in with your first account and try.

[Q] Can't authorize app via Facebook?

Yesterday I suddenly can't link apps to Facebook with my nexus 7
here's the problem:
1. in app, I pressed the button "sign in with my facebook account"
2. it popped up a dialog asked me to login and authorized the permissions
3. when I confirmed, it back to 2. again and again, falls in a loop..
I've wiped the whole data and reset to factory, but the problem still there..
however, I can do facebook authorized with another android device,
someone can help me solve this :'( ?

Did you restore facebook app from a backup? Try a clean install, also uninstall fb messenger, if you have it, before trying to login to the fb app.

I just found that's a little bug with Parandroid rom(pie3.1) on nexus 7 3G modal
after I flashed back the old version of this rom, I can link my apps with facebook account
already email to the rom-builder report this, thanks for helping

[Q] problem gmail account

hello to all my dear friends
I have updated the device to kitkat but I have a problem with the sync gmail account.
With kitkat automatic synchronization does not work, I am forced to do it manually to option/account and sync/google/push gmail
if active sync only by the key sync, the sync does not work. Why ?

Your going to have to go into application manager/all apps and clear the data for download manager, gmail, play store and Google services framework then delete all your gmail accounts reboot and add your gmail accounts back and in the status bar it will be asking you for permissions grant permission then go into accounts and sync your gmail that should do the trick

Google Contacts - Won't show up

The Google Contacts don't show on the Contact App.

Hey, installed everything from gapps installer and the Google contacts app but l still can't sync my contacts.
I tried to remove the Google account but I get an error every time I try to press it, any advice? This is very frustrating.

If you have root, install twrp and flash the latest miui v8 rom from here https://xiaomi-miui.gr/community/ws...Rom-για-το-RedmiPro-Omega-MiUi8-6-9-22/#files

I'm on miui 8 and I couldn't get contacts to sync, I just exported all contacts to vCard and loaded them that way

My redmi pro can't show google contact too. I installed all gapps from mi app and google contact sync included. Please anyone can show the way ?

I had this issue too with google installers. wouldn't sync contacts.
found this installer and all was good. no issues with sync and contacts.
it is in Chinese but works like the rest so you should be able to get it working.

Hi - I know this was a long time ago you posted this, but can you remember where you got that from?
I try and install Google Contacts Sync and it immediately FCs and fails to install.
