NEW Palm Pre Plus 16GB Verizon $60 [with shipping] - Member-Found Deals

I'm sure these were cheaper sometime ago, but if you're looking for a "somewhat cheap" back-up phone, the palm pre's don't disappoint.
And its card tricks are pretty awesome
Comes with a car charger also, (Seems the seller thinks its a $20 dollar add-on value!)
Lol...

I'm guessing PCWorld says it does, so I won't doubt them

Nexus S 4g for $80 out the door

At a sprint store. I went to complain once again about my second evo's lack of working data roam and saw it.
I have an upgrade available. Should I?
No, Sprint dropped the price to $49. Also, that means new phones are coming out so they are getting rid off these older ones.
What would be the price at best buy

It's $29.99 on the sprint website right now. Web only special, just bought one for my wife to replace her aging HTC Hero.

its $80 at best buy on upgrade
online its $30
OT here, but I was told if I purchased this from Best Buy, which I did, I would be charged the activation fee unless I purchase directly from sprint.com. Thing is, Sprint.com has different phones different prices than Best Buy or Radioshack.
I would wait with the upgrade, IMO. There are going to be so many killer phones come around the holiday season. You can suck it up for a couple more months
The only phone coming out that's worth getting is the Nexus Prime. Hopefully they cover all the carriers with it.

Are you sure the epic had horrid support from Samsung. My girl had one and having all those galaxy s phones did not help unlocking and getting aosp on it. Alot of the talented devs on sprint are here or on the evo 3d, just one thing to make note of

can i buy a nexus s that can be used as a "wifi only device"?

hellloooo people of the of the world!!!
i was just wondering if i could buy a "wifi-only" nexus s. i dont want a plan or contract, just something like the samsung galaxy player.
thanks in advance
Yes they all can be used in Wi-Fi only mode. Just disable mobile data and phone will only connect when Wi-Fi is available.

Or just put any device into airplane mode.... then turn wifi on...
And u can also make internet calls via wifi.
Good luck
Vs Nexus S 4G
yes but what about the monthly fees? so can somebody please tell me a price and where to buy it?? thanks!!
Try best buy or amazon

monthly fees lol
Craigslist, ebay... etc. Someone out there is selling this phone so buy from them no matter what their provider was since all u want is wifi usage out of it.
Vs Nexus S 4G
With wifi only your battery will be great. Main radio eats up battery, wifi uses way less juice.

without contract, you must pay full price. Retail price is $529. You might find a new one for 300-400. A used one will run you 200-300. No monthly fees using wifi
I would honestly just buy an iPod Touch before buying a new Nexus S to use in airplane mode. Unless you can find a used one for cheap, it is overly priced to not be used as a phone as well.
You might as well just get the galaxy player or iPod touch. To be honest

Official blah, blah, blah... Use it how you want to. It's a great device... 16gb is enough for me... Maybe not you. User discretion ... drunk, agro, text...

Apperently we still hold some clout

was just checking you best buy for the new galaxy nexus that will be on sprint soon( for my girl and her triumph return to android after a two month iphone 4s detour)
and got a chuckle on how a electronics store prices year old phones
Haha, oh wow.

That's more than what I bought my GSM version for when it first released.
It's the same thing on the Sprint site. If you go to the phone section, the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S 4G are both the same price. Not 699 but they are the same prices.
Its ridiculous how much they want to charge for "retail" prices. You can find close to brand new nexus s's all over the internet for around $200. No way I'd pay $700 dollars for this phone right now.
Btw, diggin the minecraft icon in your taskbar

Try calling Sprint and speaking to Account Services. My upgrade wasn't until November but I was able to pay them $75 and get my upgrade reset.

Samsung Galaxy Note AT&T version $189

If I wasn't so po'd at AT&T over the whole 3g/4g tethering mess they put me through last year, I would be hopping all over this deal at http://www.cartoys.com
$189 for new & EXISTING customers!
I am going to stick with my Atrix 4G and lapdock but I sure wish I would have made my Tilt 2 last one more year and snagged this deal!
I know I paid full f* price!

HTC Evo 4G Sprint for $177

http://www.amazon.com/HTC-Evo-4G-An..._1_22?s=mobile&ie=UTF8&qid=1348872672&sr=1-22
Is this true? Should I get it?
Why would you spend anywhere near $200 on a Evo? You are aware that Sprint phones are CDMA and will not work on a GSM network, right?
I bought 3 of these tabs for $135 each about 4-5 months ago from 1saleaday.com.
Had pretty hard time selling it even for $150.
Don't buy this unless its less than $100.
