i saw a pic of this. not sure if it was a concept or not, but it looked to only be half white like the disappointing step son that is the white evo.

I like the white evo, when they replaced my first evo (black) it was all that was available... I love it now. So I like the idea of getting the sgs2 in white as my next phone. I know we are all itching for our next phone

I think that looks kinda terrible.

I have an upgrade coming and a best buy gift card from points to buy it. So it feels free. We know its coming to Sprint. A Wimax version found its way through the fcc already

Lower Screen brightness?

So I'm using my phone in the movie theater wishing my screen brightness could be twice as low XD is there anyway to make it lower than the settings allow?

Download Screen Filter from the android market.
I always use it at night when watching tv on my phone

Screen filter is awesome but for it to be truly useful on the epic we need the capacitive buttons disabled too they are way to bright

I believe you can do this through settings, display, keyboard timeout.
And hope you enjoy watching netflix on your samoled, better then that crappy screen in the theater.

I too recommend screen filter. You can have widgets with different settings on your home screens that are awesome for quick changes.

Fo reals! I thought you could on enclair and froyo. And I looked and there's the options and I go assumin! Guess the best eh17 is 3 seconds.
I would think it would still be an option.

This is the only reason I buy popcorn at the theater...to throw at people who can't go 90 minutes without being on their phone...lol.

Hey guys, just wanted to know... I made a few little modifications to the ticker in my spare time, like making the AM/PM stand on its own, so that you can make it smaller (which I did), and I even made an option in settings to remove the Am/Pm completely... Text also comes up when you hold the weather icon too now...

So is the newest mod a standalone or patched onto your everything mod?

Well I was never really here, but my wife is using this phone now on EC09, and I am seriously considering an upgrade to a galaxy s3.
I was planning on giving her my Dinc, but she really only complains about battery life on this phone, and battery life isn't going to get any better with the dinc lol.

Blue Mark on screen ends.

Does everyone get a blue Mark on top and bottom of screen when scrolling reaches the end? I asked at Samsung store and they told us normal and all note's have it.

My 8g n7 crapped the bed last night.

My daughter was playing mine craft on it last night when it made white noises (the noise old TV's makes when its on a snow channel) screen went black with random snow flashing on the black screen. I reboot it and the Google splash screen pops up then snow again. I ordered it on opening day and never unlocked it or rooted it (no need IMO). Only device I haven't felt the need to put custom roms or kernels on.... just my opinion.
Has anyone else ever had this happen and who do I contact, obviously Google but what area?
