Can anyone get for me the Samsung Chinese keyboard?

Hi, I really would like to get the Samsung SGS Chinese keyboard for my Euro-version SGS running Darky 10.1. Does anyone have this or could provide it?

Anyone have this or knows where to get it? BTW, with my limited Chinese ability, I actually downloaded a Samsung keypad app for the SGS i9000 from a Chinese site. But it would not install and I don't know if its even Chinese. I can post/attach that, but not sure it would do any good.

Here are the APK and library files essential to install the chinese keyboard. Put them with root explorer to \system\app and \system\lib
samsungime.apk
libhandwritelib.so
libjni_secime.so
libxt9.so

Swype from dxjv9 which support chinese input, I'm using it on darky v10.1 EE.

You are awesome. I was not expecting this.
Funny thing is, I got an update to my Smart Keypad Pro w/ Chinese app today that allows me to use it in the dictionary apps that previously were not compatible (the character selection block was hidden for some reason while inputing into some text input fields). But I'm going to download the attached and see how good it is. Thank you so much.

I'm not a Swipe fan, but I'm willing to try it. However, there seems to be a ROM called dxjv9 and all the search results on these forums point to those. Did you mean search the internet?

Thanks. But it does not work. pasted it into the /system/app but keep crashing.

U are missing the library files. Samsung IEM doesn't work as a stand alone apk. Can't think of the names of the files you need right now but dig around there should be a post some where have those files included.

I've searched around using those words I quote in the title but it came back as nothing useful.

Under LRK try libjni_latinime.so and libjni_secime.so
may be it's the same under LRF too

Thanks for sharing the app with us. To understand the purpose of the app. You can use it to restore your IMEI in case you missed it or lost. Am I correct. In that case. does anyone used it .. and give us a demonstration how to use it without damaging anything.

Nope, AFAIK this has no relation to IMEI, this one is for chinese input for keyboard.

You need this file in the library folder, libjni_secime .so.

[REQ] Stock International TW Keyboard

As you may know, the US variants arebnot allowed to have autocorrect in the keyboard due to an apple lawsuit. I happen to love the touchwiz keyboard though. If someone with an international version could throw me their touchwiz keyboard apk so that I can install it and have autocorrect back, I'd love it. Thanks

Can anybody confirm if this works? Does not work for me. Put in system/app and set permissions. No autocorrect.
Just so everyone understands: Autocorrect DOES NOT mean just the words appear at the top. That happens with the US versions just fine. The problem is that when we push space, it does not autocorrect if the word is misspelled. Can someone with the international version please confirm if the words autocorrect when they push space?

Try this:
Settings --> My Device --> Language and Input --> Gear icon behind Samsung keyboard --> Predictivetext --> enable auto replacement.

I dont see this at all. No auto replacement. Maybe im missing the odex file...is it required? I deleted it thinking I only need the apk file supplied here. Can someone please upload the odex file.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 cyrillic keyboard bug

Hi everybody,
I'm already owner of Galaxy Note 3. I have a small problem. When I set second typing keyboard to Bulgarian or Russian, or other Cyrillic type of keyboard, the Cyrillic symbols are smaller then Latin. It's not a "big deal" but is annoying, especially when i have to switch between deferent types.
I think the problem become from system font witch using application keyboard.
If somebody has an idea how to solve this problem - please share with us. Thank you!

I'm using SM-N900T version Note 3 and have no such problem. The only problem I had was missing bg phonetic layout, but got it sorted out by modifying the app.

Hi Nijel8 - I have the same problem - no PHO layout on my Note 3 -- 9005 standard samsung keyboard. how do you modify that app? it doesn't seem to let me go into any alteration mode ... if i install a third party keyboard - then i get the PHO layout but ... when i send a message to either apple or other android devices - they recieve ?????? ??? ?? instead of the cyrillic letters in the message
any advice will be much appreciated.

Flash this in recovery or just extract the modified apk from the zip and replace yours in /system/app.

Thank you very much, Nijel8. However, I am either stupid or ... I am doing something wrong ... it doesn't let me install that app. I reach the level where I have to allow not google playstore app to be installed - from "unsecure" source ... but the installation is unsuccessful

You can't install system apps... you have to replace the apk file manually and set permissions.
Also judging by what you are saying you are probably running stock odexed ROM so don't even try... It wont work. Sorry.

Hi everyone, can anybody let me know how we can get the Samsung keyboard with top numeric key row like note 2 & grand 2. Please provide me the apk or a way to have that feature in our S3 neo GT-I9300I.

It can be achieved by some keypad apps or xposed module. But i don't know about exact names or address.

I don't want any app, I wanted to have stock keyboard with numeric key.

Those apps would replace the stock keypad. And else there is no option in stock firmware.

No, there should be some other way to have it. Like ported keyboard from s6/s5 for our s3 neo GT-I9300I....
If anybody have ported keyboard for GT-I9300I then please upload it....

Ok but you can get it by just installing an app. And after thqt you just have to change settings in keyboard settings menu. And i think it's better than waiting here for someone to upload it.

I like Samsung stock keyboard, only problem with the numeric keys. I have tried swift keyboard as well, but didn't like that much. So I would prefer if anyone can upload the ported keyboard.

Hmm, i haven't seen any such ported app but i think there are some modifications can be made through xposed modules. Go and search it on xda.
Once i used such keyboard (not ported one) but i don't remember the name.
