USB tethering does not work for me on official CM7 RC2 release from 11th May. I've have also tried CM72-20120503-NIGHTLY... also no working USB tethering!
What am I doing wrong? Is anybody else affected?

There was some talk a while ago about wifi hotspot working, but mine still doesn't (using the latest miui-pt rom, on u8800).
Is there any way to put this thing to work? Now I really needed wifi hotspot without an ad-hoc connection, like what barnacle can do.

I tried both versions available now from miui.us (1.12.2 and 1.12.9) and none worked. Where can I find that version?

Having issues when using Usb tethering on CM11/4.4.2 build roms on N9005. no problem on samsung stock (or custom) rom.
When I activate it (in 4.4.2), the phone freezes, and reboots.
Anyone else have this issue, any potential fix?

So I just got my Nexus 7 2012 today and got this bad boy unlocked, rooted, and running the latest CM12 nightly (3/12). Does anyone have any suggestions on the one thing that seems missing which is USB OTG on this device on Lollipop? So far I'm trying M-Kernel which seems to be lacking USB OTG and I'm not having any luck finding any kernels supporting USB OTG... am I missing something? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help!
