FORMAT FAIL !! during a hard reset.

hey guys thanks for being helpful alot of times..
My O2 XDA MINI S gets stuck at the startup operator logo ..
I FLASHED IT WITH THE NEW 2.21.4.1 ROM AND OS ,, but its still the same
NOW IM TRYING TO FORMAT IT WITH A HARD RESET BY PRESSING THE SEND BUTTON ,,BUT IT SAYS "FORMAT FAIL"..... Please help me as i really miss the phone..

I am afraid that usually means you have a faulty rom memory chip. Send the device back to the supplier for repair - its a hardware problem not a software problem.

BUT IF ITS A hardware fault how was i able to flash it to the newer version ? 2.21 ?
Is there any thing else i can do to the phone ? to make it ? LIKE THE IMEI OR SOME KIND OF LOCK ?

The rom will flash but stll fails to boot - there have been other posts with exact same problem and that was the reply by summiter or faria if I remember right. (Both v experienced at flashing and putting together roms) Do a srearch - failed format will prob find those posts.

ive heard if I can upgrade the phone through the SD CARD then it can get back to normal ..
Please some one can be kind enough to guide me through it or mail me the dump of the os for the sd card.. O2 XDA MINI S

I had and now I can't do anything, so hope somebody help us, try to find out how to save ourlife's !

Qtek 9000 New Rom and Problem

I try update my bootloder , but my PocketPc stay in bootloader and don't exit from it .
my PC os is Vista . Can Vista is Problem ?
What should i do for solve this problem ?
What sugget new Rom for Qtek 9000 ?

Out with the sd-card and the sim-card. Hard reset and try again.

I would recommend Tomal ROM v7.6

Have you heard of Google? also do a search on the Wiki as I told you, over there you will find all your answers
I´m also not sure how to explain what exaclty is a Radio.

Are u using a Diamond or another WM Device? U know that TF3D is a today-item?!
If u want real help,u should explain your problem a bit more
Device/Windows version/How did u install Tf3d/did a softreset? and so on...

After flashing the Shipped ROM on my elf, my phone is unable to detect the signal and it gives an STK error sayin (40'H,ME Error). Plz Plz Plz help me.

I did flash many ROM's, including the stock ROM. But, it's still the same. :-(

Google shows lots of this happening with Reliance. You may need to take it up with them.

htc glacier is getting cooold

hello as you know the mobile is too old
i have 5 virgen pieces
can't even install watsapp or something good
market don't allow you to work : no rom manger etc...
some help will be very helpfull
all links i found were in dev dead or deleted files ...
to get it rooted and twrp installed
need also a marshmalow rom if possible and thanks in advance
