ROM makers: You're free to use my site to host your ROM files. Just create an account on the site and join the IRC chatroom (irc.thefuzz4.net, irc.wastated.net, irc.zifnab06.net) and ask zifnab or Jamezelle for upload permissions. The only thing I ask is please don't provide the direct link to your file, give out the link to your folder instead.
I'll be gone all summer long so if you PM me don't expect a response.

ok i have a question ,, i am using the legend rom ,, i just downloaded the live wallpaper signed zip ,, i installed it i find the live wallpaper option but it wont launch even the cube wallpapers ,, am i doing something wrong ?

I cannot download anything. The file acts as if it's going to download, but as soon as the progress bar comes up it finishes instantly and the file size is 138kb. I have tried downloading both the Sense able ROM and the Eris Radio, same outcome for both.

What browser are you using?
The site is tested and working in Linux (Chrome/Firefox) and Windows (IE8/Firefox/Chrome)
Probably an issue with a firewall or your browser settings.

"I vote sticky" means I think we should make this thread a sticky so it stays at the top of our forums for all to see, wasn't referring to you. And don't worry, no ones offended. Its just that this thread was started to post the website hosting all eris ROMS by GrdLock, not to walk people through live wallpaper patch installs.
Just start your own new thread to ask the question and people will be much more inclined to help.

I was using internet explorer (I think 8) I retried using Firefox and I think it's working now, thanks.
Download issues
OK, I am using Firefox now and nothing will download over 70 MB, it downloads until about 67-70 MB and then finishes incomplete???
Im on Windows 7 Ultimate downloading with firefox, and after 2 tries, the root rom corrupted on download both times. MD5 is not matching up.
I'm not sure what might be causing that issue for ya'll. I successfully downloaded files using 5 different browsers on my linux box and Windows virtual machine, as well as Firefox and IE on an actual Windows computer, i downloaded a rom using my phone, and went to the apartment office's business center and used one of their old ass computers with horrible internet and the rom still downloaded fine.

I am having the same issue, tried from work and thought it was the firewall, got home tried on windows and ubunutu VM, stops at 68.8M everytime???

Hmm, that file downloads perfectly fine for me. I got two people in the IRC room to download the Sense-Able rom and it went perfectly fine for them as well.
I'll submit a ticket to my webhost though. If people are having download issues then they need to fix whatever's causing them. I'll post back when I hear back from them. I upgraded my hosting package just to accommodate the bandwidth to host this stuff.
So far I'm counting 3 people who have download issues? If anyone else has problems please let me know so I can tell my webhost.

Looks like the official Samsung Moment update is slated for tomorrow. Download from sprint for version DE03 (Samsung Moment's latest 2.1 rom) is available for download on Sprint.com, with a PDF on instructions to upgrade dated 5/14/10.

Semi-confirmed; I'm downloading it and it's 101 MB, my dad has the moment, so i'll let you know. Looks like sprint is announcing the release tomorrow, and they're getting their servers ready. . If this is announced tomorrow, the hero update should be in about a week. I can't believe sprint didn't give more notice, like "update tomorrow!" Hehe

Sorry, you are incorrect. Download the file and look at the creation date. Also, look at the PDF that I linked.
Its labeled CL14 because they updated the file before updating the text.

It is 2.1. I loaded it on my dad's phone (absolutely 2.1, says so in the About the Phone portion and the UI has changed, new lock screen etc), the web page is not updated, hit download and the download is 101mb not 84mb.
My fiancee does its just at school with her atm.

No problem bro, I was a little nervous posting about it, but I did the 84 MB CL14 update to my Dad's phone 3 days ago and when i went to download with Firefox, the downloads window had them both with the same name next to each other, but almost 20mb difference in size, so I figured I wouldn't be getting everyone's hopes up with no substance to give.

still rumored, more than likely the update will be the same way this one is, were we will find out the day before
Checking out the K1 and the interface and custom apps look really nice. I would certainly donate to a dev porting that rom to the Iconia.

I have a Lenovo Tablet K1 in my hands now. Actually, not very impressed with it; still prefer my Acer a500. Anyway, don't know how to do a system dump. Can someone point me in the direction of how to do a system dump, and I will give it a shot.

I got on IRC several times, but bad timing as no one responded to my requests for trying to dump the system. I returned the Lenovo K1 last night.
For those in the U.S. who want to get/try one of these for cheap, I got mine using the Staples coupon at Office Depot for $399 + taxes. Even at that price I liked my A500 better for several reasons including the lack of ports and the positioning of the 30 (?) pin connector. In addition, Netflix was not installed on it and could not be downloaded from the Android or Lenovo market. That was the primary reason I wanted to give this tablet a try.

What files do you need from the system dump?
these are the OTA files. download.lenovo.com/slates/k1/OTA/
As for the PQXU200.2H.0013.W.CN.0729.zip you will have issues, as that is in Chinese. You will need to switch the files with the latest 829 files from above for it to work.

I picked up a Ouya at a thrift store for 15 bux. Would like to root but dont want to trash it. Is there a new method that works.
I powered it up and it took an update yesterday so its at the latest.

Thanks for the non-help but I have searched for over 3 hours on this site and many others. The threads are 2013 & 2014 in case you are wondering it is 5-15 and nothing new on this for 5 or 6 months.
Anybody out there who can actually help please respond. anybody with search button directions stfu.

did you try frameroot?
I'm not sure why non of the guides work for you. I used the root tool in ouyas own store the other day on an ouya my friend didn't want anymore and it worked fine.

Like a couple years ago when I rooted my first ouya I used fastboot and cwm. But I'm pretty sure there was an all in one ouya adb tool that would did everything you could possible need root cwm Roms backups I will have to take a look when I get home but I have the apk on a backup drive somewhere. I will try to find it for you.

Correct. I did it last night with a mix of Kingroot (older version, the new stops working at 18%) and the updated xposed and playstore zip file.
If anyone needs, and if it's allowed, I will post the files later.
I had my ouya rooted, collecting dust.. Then decided to flash an AOSP rom, and bricked it.. Looked and found this video,I achieve root, boot menu , cm11 with this video . http://youtu.be/fYwZ_l31-G8 , beware.. Strange sounds in the background ... ?
I am trying to download a firmware like this one but the site always respond an error. I tried other files too but the result is the same. This is happening to you too ? It was working yesterday morning but after 10 minutes the download stopped and the site is not working since then. Can anyone try to download this file, so i can see that that's not me?

Yes, i think it's down. hisuite and my phone can still download firmware but the hicloud.com doesn't work at all
