I used to play music with Jabra system to connect Note via Bluetooth on LC1 Gingerbread rom and since i upgraded to official ICS LPY release i can connect to Speakers for playing music but whenever a phone call comes screen gets dark and freezes then com.android.phone process stopped warning messages appears and i can't accept the call. My brother and my father also has Galaxy Notes. I tried it with my father's Galaxy Note and the result is same. My brother is using the Note with official samsung dock in car which is connected to car speakers via aux cable. He never had a problem on gingerbread official turkish rom but since he's upgraded to official ICS LPY he's having the exact same issue when a call comes while he's listening to music. Can you guys reproduce the issue on official ICS LPY so Samsung will hopefully be aware of this bug and fix it in future releases ?

Hi, did a search didn't seem to get any results so here goes.
Connected up to Sony head unit via BT and began to stream music, within a few seconds the audio cut off and then a second or two later came back on, this happened on every track every 10-15 seconds or so.
im using the latest froyo firmware.
anyone got any idea how to fix this? or has anyone else had these problems?

hmm.. no problem on JH2 stock rom
i'm holding off on the BETA froyo, waiting for the full release of froyo before installing.
might be a firmware thing, or some other apps that you installed

I have the same problem with the stuttering. Will play for a while then stutter. Not to annoying but still a problem. I am thinking Froyo will fix it.
Froyo fixes everything. If not, Houston we have a problem...lol

Not using a head unit but a Nokia BH-500 unit with my Shure ear phones with no problems at all and all the controls on the BH-500 work on the Galaxy perfectly.

I read somewhere that some users were experiencing this issue until they tried turning off their wifi. That was their fix. Anybody wanna try?
My Transformers sound stopped working midway through listening to BBC Iplayer , absolutely no sound from the speakers nothing through Mobo player and nothing on Youtube , strange thing is the headphones work OK ,
Not a tech person but followed suggestions of a cold boot still doesn't work , i received a firmware update last week so here are my details if it helps

hm a normal reboot would fix the audio problem, my audio stops time to time after a reboot it works fine,
Thanks but nothing seems to work , been out and bought some USB mini speakers not ideal but better than nothing ,

so the mainspeakers were damaged, hm i only got no audio and after reboot it works, don't know why tough
Sorry if i didn't explain the problem properly , i found a thread on another forum and they put it down possibly to the latest firm ware update but there hasn't been any posts for some time and i haven't been using the forums of late as everything has been working OK
First of all....i have had a jawbone since the first model...love them...they worked great on GB and ICS on my galaxy S and all the roms i tried there...now i have the JAWBONE ERA.
Since i recieved my n4 from the original US shipping batch the bluetooth / headset combo has been very poor. I know this has been on here, but i don't seem to know how to search just the n4 forum on my phone.
The bluetooth audio stutters during almost all calls. It is not all the time, but more than half of the calls i make i have to turn it off. when it works...its perfect. The stutter makes it to where you can't tell for 3 seconds what someone is saying. Sometimes it is one time on the call...or it continues every few minutes stuttering for 3 seconds.
this happened on Stock, Stock rooted, Stock rooted but upgraded to 4.2.1, Paranoid Android with stock kernel and Franco kernel 10 thru 30, and now JellyBeer with franco (did not try jellybeer's kernel).
does anyone have a link to a thread in the forum that may help me learn more?
What can I do to properly diagnose and get this diagnosis data to the forum? I'd love to help fix this!
or...am i crazy and my headset must me worn out?

So I got sick with my stock ROM hangs and being so laggy , finally decided to take action , sold my gear 2 neo watch and installed CM11 on my SGS4 device.
everything worked fine until the first phone call that I tried to place , I was riding my bike on my way to work and had a static noise in my ears in full volume , so loud and painful I almost made an accident.
turns out it's a known issue , but for me it's a deal breaker - most of phone calls do not work.
bluetooth headset is not working , mic headphones is not working.
This is a real shame , thought CM ROM for SGS4 is going to be bulletproof since it's a major device.
anyway , so now I have 2 options :
1) Going back to stock and suck it up.
2) Install some other ROM that works fine.
Question is , is there any stable ROM which was built from pure android same way CM is?
I'm not looking into experimenting with my device since I had enough of this back in my SGS1 days
any help will be much appreciated.

Hey all. I just got my Note 3 two weeks ago and I love it. The battery life is great, great specs, unlocked bootloader, and I find it easier to use in terms of size compared to the Galaxy S5. There is only ONE problem with this device.
The mic stops working during skype calls after random periods and the only solution is to hang up the call and call again. This lingers even after restarts of the app and phone.
Being a Nexus user since the Galaxy Nexus, the first thing I did was install TWRP and the latest CM nightly. I personally can't stand Touchwiz, which is why I sold my bootloader-locked GS5 to get this bad boy.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is it a Skype problem? Is it CM? Lollipop? My mic is fine, it works perfectly in every other application.
Also, I've noticed that USB 3.0 mode doesn't show up in the Connection type selection menu. Is USB 3.0 file transfer only supported in the stock kernel?
