That's exactly what I heard too, I was at regency bowling and I tried it and had full 4g service, it was running about 7 mb Download. But at home by Taft highway I get nothing Haha sad

So on the 31 they will have evo 4 g available at boost mobile so this is good news for you guys that have evo 4g cell phones currently on 3g hopefully the Devs can come up with a way for you to be able to connect with 4g .

Nice, I hope this fixes the roaming issues I've been having on the latest prl. Also nice looking theme for newSENSE gingerbread

Yeah, thanks to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1571646-somebody- this is the most ICS I'll be using daily until we get 4G on 4.0.4.

Noticed a slight improvement in some areas with this PRL. But nothing to make me throw a party.
Man if sprint turned their 4g towers to 3g and. What not i would never complain again all i can say is i get poor service in my area and it sucks cuz i gotta surf wifi all over town (sad face)

I get Hellua strong 3G almost anywhere around town. It's when I start going up North that it goes downhill. Farther North you go, Crappier it gets.
At work I get a better 4G signal than 3G. At home it's the other way around.

In the same boat, 4G at work and 3G at home; guess where I get better battery life?

I updated to this PRL last week and now I can't use data when roaming. Has anyone else had this issue? Just wondering.

Just wanted to thank the epic 4G devs and community for making it the best phone I have ever had. Sadly dropped and broke my epic so its back to the EVO. You all rock from 2.2 to 4.2.1 dude we came a long way! Maybe I will see yall in the nexus 5 thread someday. Take it easy guys

Is it possible with the evo or does that require 2 radios working on different frequencies. Or is there a hack or script that can be implemented?

Doesn't work on 3G but works over Wifi and Wimax 4G. The EVO 4G LTE can do voice and data over 3G.
