i was using TWIC then stuck in bootloop
then flashed speedmod kernel using odin.
Then flashed boot.img file as kernel using heimdall
then i came into cwm and reflashed the rom and it worked
then i restarted it again bootloop with no cwm
Then i did the same process again and nothing
i cannot open cwm now
If you can still get into download mode simply flash back to stock using Odin ...

Hi
I have flashed my Galaxy S without disabling lagfix, and have tried everything to get it to boot and all I get is booting to the galaxy s screen and the occasional vibrate or two. I have flashed stock firmwares with Odin, removed the battery and cant get it to work!
Any suggestions? Can I somehow flash CWM through Odin to disable the lagfix?
Any suggestions will be helpful,
Cheers
the lagfix would be corrupted by now, with the Odin flashes and so on, so flashing CWM probably wouldnt work.
What you need to do is download a firmware with 3 files and PIT file. Then in Odin, check the re-partition box, That will restore the system back to RFS (stock file-system) then that should do the job
+ 1 for that
+2.
I always use JPU. Then reflash to the firmware you want.

So I was on Rom Manager, downloaded a Baseband, when it finished downloading, RM asked if I wanted to proceed into recovery mod, I clicked next. It rebooted the fone, and is stuck at bootscreen since. I can enter download mode but not recovery mod. The fone doesnt boot up, just stuck. I had the exact same problem last week, trying to flash a differwnt baseband. I'm having CWM recovery 5.0 something (I didn't flash it), WanamLite 4.2, siyah 2.0 kernel. Does anyone else have the same problem ?

Flash a fresh rom with Odin.

I had a similar problem that was resolved by flashing a new recovery via ODIN. Once in recovery, I flashed a stock ROM and everything cleared up.
It shouldn't be allowed to post this question anymore .. theres's 100 topics about it, even a sticky!
What more do you need? You already said it yourself, that you can get into download mode. Now if you was able to achieve CWM on your own, you should know what to do..
And for God's sake, post it in the right section.

If you have CWM , go to wipe data/factroy reset, wipe cache & dalvik & reboot.
Tried that samething happens. I hear boot sound but screen is black. I can flask recovery through Odin but won't let me flash any firmware.

Had the same problem over the past 24hrs
(I have a GT-N8013 with stock ICS firmware root injected installed, when I went to check if a JB update had come out it didn't recognize the stock root injected firmware as stock and proceeded to try and install ICS without root through TWRP and continued to loop through recovery and installation.. unsuccessfully)
I am now posting this from the GT-N8013 so here's how to do it:
1) Use ODIN to flash CWM (Google them if you don't know what they are. I am new and cant post links yet)
2) Boot Your Note 10.1 into recovery by holding down Volume Up and Power, wait until the samsung logo shows up twice, then release the power button and you should end up in recovery.
3) Wipe Data/Factory Reset
4) Clear Cache
5) Advanced/Wipe Dalvik Cache
-Repeat Steps 3-5 twice (three times total)
6) Reboot and voila! You are back to your original rom all nice and neat.
Tried that as well no go still goes to black screen after the screen that says Samsung galaxy note 10.1. I hear boot sound but Samsung doesn't show up just blank screen.

Ok got it. The firmware I had was a bad file.

I cant reinstall my ROM or flash anything, i cant even boot into anything but recovery and download.
I did not set a password, i tried restoring hyperdrive from a backup.
Is there a default password to TWRP recovery?
If not, can i flash recovery without booting into my phone.
EDIT:
I'm following this guide here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2301259&highlight=stock
and here:
http://androidfirmwares.net/Guide/Details/9
To flash via ODIN.
I've seen that with a bad download of twrp. Download load it again and then reflash it.
Edit, at this point you might be better off using Odin to flash the stock rom and starting over. I'm not sure if an odin flashable version of twrp exists.

Went through the Odin process and now i'm stuck at the Samsung custom screen, wont go any farther.
Any suggestions?
EDIT
WOAH Looks like i have stock recovery now. Trying to factory reset etc...
EDIT 2:
Alright so the process i took was to flash the stock factory image using Odin, then reboot into recovery and factory wipe/reset phone.
It's booting up into the stock rom now..... Woot!
Yep, that's what it all should be.
