How can I make this Rom works with 3g like tegraowners Rom that is based on ICS and its usb functions runs great.?
Shall I come back to tegraowners Ics Rom regarding the 3g issue taking into account that I like this Rom most. It would be very sad.

From what I just read in dev forum, flexreaper does not support 3g. Alexandria rom is ur best bet.

What is the most stable ICS rom other then stock best used with UK wifi xoom to date?

Im now at a time I want to make the move from hc to ICS but i really want stability and also most/all apps to work without a problem.
I have a UK wifi xoom currently running Team "Tiamat Xoom Rom 2.2.2 - Moray"
and it does annoy me that the market place is the US. So will 1 of these roms allow me to get back to the UK tablet marketplace aswell.
What would you say is the best rom and build number for me?
Thanks in advance
I am using Chinese ics ( [ROM] Stock ICS 4.0.3 for Motorola Xoom (Perfectly working Camera & HDMI)) with the kernel ( [Kernel][ICS] Rogue 2.0.2 "Kuma" (New 1/19/12)). has all the languages and the shop is uk. very fast and stable.

SG tab 10.1 4G LTE flash ?!

hi, i've had a look about but cant see any threads on flashing a custom rom to my 4G LTE tab, im not fussed about the 4G working as im in the uk and cant use it anyway!
only my tab is a bit laggy and wanted to install a cleaner faster rom to my device, any ideas how ?!
cheers dom
Only options at the moment are KANG based builds, either AOKP build from Romanbb or the build from seraphimserapis:

As I'm in need of both camera and LTE I haven't tested either build other than early kernel tests so I can't say what the differences might be. Both threads have information in them though so you'd likely be able to read through and come to a conclusion as to which you want to try (or just try them both).
If you're in need of camera then you have to stay stock 3.2 as there is no camera support yet in CM9 builds. Also there has been no development of custom 3.2 ROMs for the LTE tab.
great, do you know if i can just flash it with a rom from a wifi 10.1 like this ...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1488596
because being in the uk i have no use for the LTE part of the tab, i would just like it to perform a little better !
cheers dom
Unlikely. Hence me saying that the other links I pointed out were your only options.
You can TRY but it's very likely that the tablet won't even boot completely once you do.
I believe this isn't about the simple omission of a modem driver, and that differences go a bit deeper than that (kernel and more). I really have no clue though as I'm not a developer or programmer. All I know is others have tried wifi ROMs on these LTE tabs and failed, and that were it not for devs consciously supporting the LTE tab in the ROMs that I linked earlier we'd still be waiting for a taste of CM9 on our tabs.
you should try romanbb rom :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1459287
It's updated frequently, and has more working functions than seraphimserapis's rom. However, camera/gps/lte-3g won't work on both ICS roms right now.
ah ok guys thanks for the help!, i think i'll just leave it until there is a better more fully working Rom out ;o)

[Q] HC 3.2 and ICS 4.03 advantages

Hello All,
What is advantages of ICS 4.03 from HC 3.2 ?
Did i find stable rom with ICS fully worked with all hardware of Acer A500 and have 3G USB support?
Thanks in advance.
I'm still playing with my new device, but I can say that I've noticed a significant difference in performance between stock (non-ICS) and one of the many ICS variants (Icylicious). It's a really good change, despite my not being able to fix my screen scrolling issue.
I can't say for certain anything about 3G via USB, since I don't have a 3G USB adapter.

Personally, I prefer to stick with my 3.2.1 until Acer releases an official rom, and not a Beta release. Too many small issues to deal with. Not to mention who knows what will happen with the bootloaders in the future releases.

HELP: Lenovo K1 Flash CN to US Version

Hi guys, I picked up a Lenovo K1 Tablet from craigslist, but didn't realize it was a CN (Chinese) Build. I'm curious if anybody can help me flash the CN build to the US, United States of Merrrrrrica build!!
Reason why, is the Chinese build lacks Gapps
Any sort of input or discussion is greatly appreciated!
God Bless America!
You can try Lenovo stock 3.1 ROM for US. it should work.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1560441
It worked for me as I moved to US version from SG version my tablet came with.
I think the other ICS builds posted by Khanning should also work.
You can flash these using NVFalsh mode after installing APX drivers.
Thanks so much for your help! I'll be sure to try it when I get my USB cable! I haven't seen anything about flashing other Region's Build Versions, hopefully this debunks it! Thanks!
There are many versions around that require a simple USB cable in atx.
If 3g is crucial to you, try khanning's K1 Lenovo ICS but will encounter Play compatibility issues.
If 3g not crucial, khanning's K1 AOSP R1 & R2 are quite stable.
If u like cm, Khanning k1 cm9 has many cool features but a little bit more taxing on batt.
If u wan to try JB's speed, Krook's cm10 will blast you off but it is still a bit rough on the edge.
I'm now on JB so it is very hard for me to look back at HC and ICS.

Pershoot Kernel + ICS (Stock Room + root) = No Wi-fi

I've just flashed the Official ICS Room and made the root my self ! I prefere the Stock room's, but when i'm tring to flash the Pershoot Kermel, with overclock, i can't get the wi-fi working, anyone can tell me why ? I know that pershoot kermel is made for the CM Room, but dont work in any other? If dont can you tell me a Kernel with oc that work in my rooted stock rom ?
Other question, is it possible to flash a 7510 Rom in a 7500 tablet ? i got the 3g version but i never use the 3g, and i've want to try the Task Room, everybody says it the best one and i'm curious.
Ps: Sorry for the bad english
Pershoots kernel does not support the official ICS ROM. He said he might do a one time release of his kernel for the official ROM..
Bummer
Perhaps I'll get my hands on it so WiFi will work, won't promise though...

Check the Dev section - The A1 kernel is designed for stock ICS. The XE version I believe is OC'd to 1.4 GHz if I'm not mistaken.
I don't have a 3G tablet to be able to say for sure but I believe lots of ROM threads have info where people have asked this question. Research the Task ICS thread for details but I believe you'll be fine - short of losing 3G of course
The A1 kernel did nothing to fix the issue on my device(flickering screen still...),I don't say it's useless though...
