Please don't create multiple threads, and for Christ's sake do some reading! Lol, you're thinking of the wrong thing, what you're looking for is MAGLDR. Just read this guide if you're looking to flash Android.
be sure that you flashed hspl and radio..there are many good tutorials ...

I veils come to display you my probleme, j have a htc p4350, j wants to install the official rom but during manipulation j had a bug, p4350 has to redemarrer and, it remain blocked on the page HTC.it shows following information. OS 1.1.0.0
while trying to flash the phone... i think i mustve received a text or something (Shame on me for not taking the sim card out) anyways. now my phone is stuck on the tmobile "Stick togehter" screen and will not boot past that. it will not connect via activesync. any help to get my phone back up and running will be greatly appreciated

Dump the rom on a SD card and let it boot up on it.

how can I change the boot image on my HD2?
specifically the image that appears before the MALGDR, now appears to me the ENERGY WM6 ROM image, if I wanted to use the image's "classic" hd2, how can I do?

Hey guys, currently I have the NexusHD2-Gingerbread ROM by Tytung.
I turned off my phone, held the power button to get into MAGLDR 1.13, then I went to USB Flasher.
I ran the DAF.EXE file in the CWM recovery zip and I get this message

read the top 5 hits, then you can come back and say 'i tried 1,2,3' and still get the error'.
I actually fixed it, just disabled allow USB connections in the Sync Center.

My friends Nexus 6p isn't booting and am attempting to fix it. The phone isn't under warranty anymore so we can't send it in.
When turning on the phone the following screen appears :

Then followed by this screen:
The phone doesn't boot and just keep going to these two screens. He had already flashed the phone before and had the bootloader unlocked.
I had the bootloop on my nexus and i sent it in and got a replacement. Since we can't do that with this one how do i start attempting to fix this or its not possible?
Any advice would be appreciated or if there is another thread you can point me too that would also be fine.
