Root Error

I am having difficulty trying to root my phone. I have the XT907 and am working with a win7 pc. Moto usb 2.3.4 is installed.
I have tried several different methods I found online but will reference the error I got using djrbliss instructions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=32888705&postcount=1

SQLite tells me root access could not be attained
Any help would be appreciated!

Make sure you wipe cache and partitions. Then try again.
