Not legit! I knew by the prices but wanted to reach out to the number listed on the site to see if the guy answered. I got an answer on the other end but from a guy who makes chairs. Stay away! Rule of thumb is if the prices look to good to be true they are.

Yeah the guy was also a wack job. When I asked if he sold smartphones he said in a cooky old man withers voice "I MAKE CHAIRS". When I told him why I asked he proceeded to tell me that this world is founded on crap going all the way back to World War 1. LOL crazy old guy. It actually made me day. I pictured him in. Some bunker making stools.

I put it up on eBay for slightly above the average selling price. When I put the phone up, the phone was still running stock. Recently I put Nero on it and started to like it, but then woke up and bam, it was gone =\
I'll be back!
Congrats. I just ordered another phone and my brother will take the vibrant off my hands for $350 next Friday. He's phone-illiterate so it wont matter to him.

I have a guy at work waiting to buy my Vibrant for $300. I just need to find a suitable alternative (waiting for a decent Gingerbread phone)
Excellent. May I suggest the highly useless, unmoddable Windows 7 phones to each of you as replacements? One of you really *should* get the variant with the extra large concert like speakers...
Bubye!

Hi guys what do you think
http://www.ebay.com/itm/20-Samsung-...ll_Phones&hash=item45ed6e389d#ht_11620wt_1862
scam..
Edit: if i could get the 20 sgs3's at $5500 I'd be all over that!
Of course it's legit! What in the world would give you the idea that it's possibly a scam?
It seems like the price went up I see them now for $599. Id love to see someone pick up one and see what they actually get to see if its a scam or not.
They have 9200+ feedbacks at 99% positive. How could you think it's a scam?

Ebay have been very slow in dealing with this.. And its quite dissapointing. Since it tarnishes the sellers reputation and buyers are very reluctant to deal...

I think they changed it so they can't ship lithium batteries outside the country anymore. Domestic is still okay though.
Don't quote me but I think I remember reading this like 2 years ago.

I just had to ship my brother 2xGarmin Wrist Mounted GPS units, was a big fcking deal to send LithIon, but if the shipping people are comfortable with it they can do it. I think that's why most retailers won't ship to APO's anymore because of the work required to get them to ship it.
damn... this would certainly make this purchase more enticing... too bad i don't know anyone in military... does ROTC count? lol

USPS will ship batteries to APO's. Reason is, all packages going to APO go to New York first. Once it gets to NY, USPS has no responsiblity for it. The government handles it from there.
so i sent my tablet in 3 consecutive times in the last month to fix a screen lift, which turned into more screen lift, then broken touchscreen, it is in for the third time right now and my tablet has devalued quite a lot(since the new 32gb variant came out)
does asus offer any kind of compensation for this? even if its like a tiny extended warranty(i mean seriously, when does a normal RMA last for a whole month and 3 consecutive times..)
does anyone have any experience with this? should i be asking them for a refund now(since theyve had my tablet in for 2 weeks since it got into their hands this time, it's just been sitting there waiting for new parts)
Haha no I highly doubt you will get any compensation.

im pretty determined, already made a post on their facebook asking whether or not they offer this sort of thing... will update when they respond(if at all)
since it isnt exactly my fault that their repair center was so incompetent that i have to send the same thing back 3 times in a row to get it fixed(and im not even sure if it'll get fixed when it gets back to me)
Ask for a refund...or tell them to give you a free upgrade. Can't hurt to try. 3 returns for same problem is ridiculous.

and yes..it was very annoying especially because their reps hangs up on me alot...on top of that i have to ask for a label and wait several days(if not an entire week) for shipping label(only after the first rma)...
its in for the third rma right now and im hoping they will fix it this time-.-(2 weeks since when it got in, theyre waiting for parts apparently)
These companies deal with thousands of RMAs every year. No offense but one person crying about it isn't going to get you any money.

Not saying he will but its worth a shot. I've received things from companies when they screwed up. I had a heated seat short out in my BMW. Had to wait 3 weeks for a seat from Germany. Car was driveable but I coukdnt adjust my seat. Not a big deal at all. They paid my lease for the month. I have a few other stories like that and know plenty of people that have been treated fairly. Ever heard the saying "the squeaky wheel gets oiled"
Doing something would also include giving a refund. I'm not saying just pay him money. Return, free upgrade to 32gb, even a free case.
