There is no need to belittle those that seek help.
It is very obvious that the OP does not speak (typing) English, yet they made an effort.
If you don't want to help, don't post.
Ok.
I sincerely apologize for the uncalled-for comment.
On reviving your tab, can I suggest you perform re-stock by Overcome method?
It will be Gingerbread instead of Froyo, and if you want to try Overcome ROM itself, it is a great ROM.
Go to overcome site
Http://www.teamovercome.net
Read the guide,
Missing pictures can be seen here.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=20974872
Basically to restock:
Download GB-stock-safe-v5.zip, unzip it and and flash with ODIN according to the guide.
You can stop there with the guide, no need to flash overcome kernel and ROM.
But if you want, you can continue.
But please make sure you get good download. Many people have to download a few times to get it right.
Use a tool for checking sha1sum to compare.
For example:

Read all about rooting. Like what it does. .. Then flash a rooted rom. Always follow the instructions. Try every app you want to. Most are free

hi
all the info is here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=858583
read all and ask ur questions in the relevant thread & u will get help
Hello Guys,
I'm a new member here and i wanna know more about rooting and installing ROM on my X8, it is already rooted but i wanna know what on it and how to use my phone to the fullest
So guys can anyone please help me how to install the KERNEL on my phone, i am really confused about that because of the REQ, needed by some of the ROM's.
Please Help
(Assuming you know how to flash)If you want to install a kernel then get kernel manager lite. After that flash it. Once your phone reboots use whatever cpu app you use (I use cpu master) and you can overclock your phone to however much your kernelgoes up to. For installing a rom you must do the same thing but either donwload a rom from rom manager or download a rom on your pc and transfer it to your phone.

1.read first all sticky threads from all sections (are the top ones with the pin...)
2.if you have a question, type it on xda site search field and if don't find your answer there, then open a thread
3.the question threads are here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1218
4.and when you want to visit the x8 xda forums, start from here(also, some legends say is highly recommended to save it in bookmarks of your browser): http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=846
Thank you for your time
Neeeext..!
Hi I'm lipka and I'm new at this forum. As you know I have the Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 2 Gb. I have a few questions for you and I hope I can get an answer but when i do not get it and will be sad . I apologize in advance to maybe stupid questions that I will ask you once, but I will mention that I've never had a phone with Android operating system, and Y is the first device I also ask for your understanding. Even in advance sorry for my bad English but I'm from Europe (Poland) and I used google translator. Okay so let's start :
1) What is this whole "rooting phone", and upload it and what is "ROM"?
2) How to change software to the "newest"? (I have XXLE1 ( i have very much lags :/) and i want to change software)
3) How to upload the whole "ROM's" to my phone?
4) What is the best kernel to choose? I ask because there are literally a lot and I do not know which one to choose
5) Which "ROM" the most speed up my phone, improve his performance and will look the best of all ? Give me your's proposites
6) Is it true that the glass front of our very mobile draws after prolonged use?
And the last one: 7) Is the two gigabyte memory card good enough to me that I need to buy better?
From the top, thanks and Hello to all, because this is my first post on this forum
Welcome to xda
Rooting is gaining acess to your phones OS and being able to change it
Update your phones firmware like this settings>about phone>Software Update or maybe use odin
As for the roms i heard hyperion is the best but you might want to install supercharger
Installing a rom is easy peasy you go in the recovery when you turn off the phonr. Ita power+volume up+home key buttons ... Hold them until the logo dissapears. And voula your in the recovery.
P.s you might want to check the sticky general section basic sgy topics

As CALIBAN666 said, test all of them. They are all used for some particular purpose or other, so you never know which one you might end up liking. Go through their features first.
And about the first post, those were stupid questions. But it dosen't matter to us as new users always come here and we welcome them. What bothers us that threads like this one are created again and again. That's why we advise new users to read the stickies of the forum and search before posting.

Alright so. I understand what are ROMs ect. Don't even know if its in the right section here (sorry if not) but I bought a custom phone with cyanogen mod but want stock jelly bean and have no clue how..um.. Any help or instructions?

Go to the i9100 forum, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2. You may get more help from there than here.
Basically, you have to do the following:
1.) go to SamMobile website and download the stock firmware
2.) make sure you have all the appropriated drivers loaded on your PC
3.) use odin to flash the firmware
You can find more info from the forum listed above. Please do some reading first before attempting to do anything! Good luck.
