here you go.

Did other language firmware got FOTA update yet? or remain in the kies update level?

Updated to ZSLPG over kies today. can confirm this is much more responsive. better battery life, mainly under heavy use. so far wi-fi enable/disable issue and sleep of death haven't come back.
have an imported phone that came with HK firmware, was close to just installing a custom rom it after frustration with ZSLPE.

got it, thank you : D

I flashed this ROM but I have following 2 issues:
screen touch is not working for 2 seconds after turning on from sleep
call reception is very poor when I'm on GSM network (call reception is fine on GSM/WCDMA)
Now I'm going to install XWLP7.

Wifi issue still there

What is this? No screenshots or anything? And i googled uckh3 and nothing came up. Oh and I like how you uploaded a .rar file when you could have easily made it a .zip file instead.

Have u tried to download the file and see what it is? Looks like a stock captivate leak to me, why do you need screenshots for a stock rom?
Edit: OP its a good idea to link people with the source from where you got this build

It would at least be nice to see a screenshot of the "About Phone" section to see the kernel and modem flashed on it.
Sent from my SGH-I897 using XDA App
Its on samfirmware.com as well.
Newb question how and where does the kernel source drop?
It is the latest 2.3.4 I897 leak from Samsung.

This is great! I'm super excited to try this but I want to wait until it can be rooted and repackaged. As I understand it Gingerbreak still does not work with any 2.3.4 and doesn't work with most 2.3.3 distributions.
Judging by the file name, it looks like this was pulled directly from Samsung's FUS (Firmware Update Server?). If so, how about UCKH4? it has a build date of 8-19-2011, but my old method for pulling it from Samsung don't work. (Its how I got KB1early.) So my question for the OP: How did you pull this from Samsung and can you use the same method to get UCKH4 too if its not too much trouble?
This was announced yesterday on a twitter feed (SamsungFUSNews) I subscribe to an usually the announcements are followed by a Kies official release within a few days.

We might want to get our sleeping bags out if we're waiting for the source. In Samsung's defense, they do seem to have gotten better at updates recently.
Does anyone know if the fugu kernel swap root method works with this?
Looks like this is also up on samfirmware.com now. According to their twitter feed.
Yes. This firmware is from Fus samsung server. It was marked as KH4 but after download in the archive was KH3

No it will not increase your counter. It is stock. Yes, you can use Mobile Odin.
Although I haven't tried it myself.

Mobile Odin won't increase the binary counter.
Only flashing insecure kernels (such as CF-Root) with Odin will increase the counter.
But on ICS, you can use TriangleAway app from Chainfire to remove the yellow triangle and reset the counter.
So, no reason to be worried !

Any news about this rom? stable ? what is this csc ? is it multicsc or what? i could find anything on google about it.
I just flashed this. Nothing new... No functions for Note's new rom.
it's just 20 mb update, no revolution.
Hello, is it just me or does 4.0.4 use a larger font size in menus? Attached is a screenshot from Titanium Backup but the larger menu can also be seen in other apps.
I did a factory reset after install.

Yep. I noticed that too. I'm on XWLPU and we have the same larger menu font size...
Direct & High-Speed link for XWLPX:
http://fs1.filegir.com/shahrokh.king/I9100XWLPX_I9100NEELP5_NEE.zip
Valid for 7 days
But no JKay framework for it. I'll have to wait...
Swyped from Outer Space
NeatROM 3.3 is very good XWLPX.
Secure and with many mods.

Wrong place for questions like this, it is a official release, stock, unrooted, unchanged.
You should ask your question in Custom Rom threads or in the Modding corner.

You are working around this forum very hard. Even somebody pointed you are a romworkaholic. But since when the general section became android development section? Take some rest.

Because simply deodexing a stock Rom isn't worth to be called development.
Building Custom Roms isn't development at all - that's why the "original" forums were created.
If I make "stupid" deodexed, rooted Roms for a new release where there are no plans to change something I'll post them in the related General forum thread.

You NEED the RIL files for the modem too. Don't neglect to use the right ones or you will get drain.

I see... thanks for the heads up. :good:
Noticed Changes/Fixes etc.
GOOD:
Overall speed improvement (apps open faster and transitions are smoother)
Touchwiz redraw issue seems to be fixed
Contacts, Phone, Messaging and Camera app loads times reduced
Wifi seems faster (sounds stupid and inconclusive, but the speed seems faster)
When swiping away apps in recent apps, animation much faster
Home button delay (when S-voice off) seems faster
Gallery loading time faster
Slightly better RAM usage/management
Almost no redraws of home (action launcher and touchwiz) and home loads slightly faster.
BAD:
While in portrait in Camera, recent apps is still in landscape.
Swiftkey default keyboard issue (resetting after reboot) still present
Second APK exploits still unpatched.
Any other questions?
