it happened a curious thing, i was trying to get a full screen photo for a contact and i didnt get it, so i have installed Rocket Dialer and the hd contact option... i have changed two or three contacts.
I tried if the assigned photo was for enbebed in the contact or was from the soft.
I noticed it was from the soft when i sync with "my phone explorer" and nothing changed in the outlook contact so i have disinstaled the Dialer.
but... somebody has call me and the photo was full screen!!! and the contact also, i dont know what i have done becouse i have tried again everithing with no results...
but if someone want to try... this is the contact:

Inesoft Address Book does it, you can disable the main features and still use your own address book program and just leave the caller ID feature on, thats what I do.

Other alternative is S2U, which while being a screen lock program also has a full screen Caller ID option as well.
Hi guys, I got a big problem with HTC Album.
When I tray to display Facebook photos, I can only see the names of the folders and the number of photos but I can't display them (first it's loading but after appear a cross).
I tried to pass by contacts list and it to the same thing. Even with another Facebook account.
I also tried to delete the folder "FBContacts", in order to reset something but it doesn't do anything.
But, it works with the Facebook app' (but less simple than HTC Album)
Note : Association between contact and Facebook account, works, I can see the current profile picture (but it is the only one i can).

Good, the standard contacts app has it... see the grey thing on the right? Slide it up and down!
Another option is to use the gesture search app. Have a shortcut on your screen to it, activate it and type the name of the contact you're trying to find. I find it quicker to access contacts in many instances.
Hello, some days ago I was using the phone (with CM11 from 16-04 I think) and the phone just restarted (didn't show any turning off animation) and then when it started all my contacts were gone (not really all, only 16 out of 150 lasted [what they had in common was that they were added recently, like 2 months old]), but I found out that the lost contacts still there: I can find them by typing their number or by typing their name in keypad, but their name won't show when receiving/making a call or when using Whatsapp, I would like to get some help to restore them back to the normal

I'm using CM11 from 19-04 at the moment
Last night I sat playing with the S4 (i9505 non-root) and noticed that my handwriting recognition option had disappeared from my keyboard. I'm 100% sure it was there before. I looked and looked in the settings but couldn't find anything that (I thought) could be related to it. I even tried with restoring the settings for Samsung keyboard, but it still didn't show up again. On pictures online I could see it. I asked on a Swedish Android forum and others replied that they still had it there.
Anyone has a clue about what's happened to it... maybe what I could have done that would make it disappear?
