I have dell streak softbank From Japan I tryed to update Rom 2.2.2 to 2.3.3 but while update error only came (via Sdcard) now mobile Hang on Dell logo ... I tryed Diffrent type of Pkg file's but same problam .Allso i tryed QDL tool Flashing Done but same problam in mobile Any solution ?
try to flash the good baseband (14) and try to flash again the rom
Can u tell me how to update baseband ?i need instruction thank's

I tryed to update 407 rom After update allso Mobile hang On DELL logo with 3 button Light's ..It's Softbank dell it accepted for that Rom ?
Any one know how to recover this Problam ?
Now mobile Hang on Olleh Logo with 3 button's blinking any solution ?

Check my post here. My guess is your previous upgrade set your operator in the device to a non-O2 value.

First of all you would get a error code 101, a country error code.
If you get past that. All your gprs/mms settings wil be set for O2, your startup screen and today screen will change to O2.
your OS will be 1.72 and your radio will be 1.17. and you'll get those apps that o2 has put in this update.
I would recommend to take another 1.72 / 1.17 update with your existing extended ROM or an extended rom from Orange. Extract the extended rom from this O2 update and use whatever CAB you want to make your own extended rom.
For manipulating extended rom do a search here, also check for ER2003EDIT.

I've been having a problem with this xdaII i've tryed to put 3 diferent roms already and the result is the same. Tryed the 02 final version from the XDA website, tryed Qtek 1.10 .. dont know what else can i do.

PS. just tryed qtek rom 1.18 . After upgrading, upgrader says finished, xda screen says updating radio stack .. please wait
it is an O2 germany mini S and i tried to update rom but i didn't know that i have to unlock cid and upgrading stoped at 95% phone start in bootloader mode ii update wm6 and phone start and stuck on O2 logo.please HELP!!!! what can i DO????!!!!

flash the german o2 rom it will work from the bootloader screen (hold camera bottun & soft reset until you have the three colour screen)
the original rom update from oficial site stops at 95% and phone in bootloader mode.please helpppp!!!!am when i trie to format it say format failed

well that is very unusual. you must give more info, what happens at 95%? does it give an error message? is it really a german o2 or is it just that you use their sims etc

just look for it yourself
does the upgrade even give an error message?
did you wait for it to finish?
or did it stop at 95% so you pulled the plug?
most/all rom upgrades pause around 80/95/99% etc
gives errror 326.can wizard love rom help me?

I have a p3400 I was using in India, it was working fine.
I am now in the Uk and have got a vodafone number, when my mobile boots up, it shows operator incompatible.
What to do..?

Try flashing a different ROM.This one should be compatible.
Or get your phone SIM n CID Unlocked (if you guys have one for Gene) else yeah get a UK based ROM (for your provider)
