Hi
This is my 1st post in this forums and I find this word often "rooting". What is rooting? Sorry for the noob question but I really would like to know the real meaning to it
Please no stupid remarks, I already told you that I'm a newbie here and trying to learn. I just need info. Thanks for the helpers in advance

So guys what you think about current andministrators and moderators? Is it ok? So question is why my thread is deleted and who deleted my thread???

You may not have been following xda rules regarding uploading etc.

I want an answer from a guy who did this and his explanation (what rules I breaking in my post?).

nah, jokes beside.. If your thread got removed without a message regarding why, you should have the right to demand it.. Threads disappearing for no reason would be weird.

I checked, it was deleted by a senior moderator.
The reason being given:
"Reason: not allowed on XDA"

Ok. Why is not allowed and what rule I break with my post? My post was posted 30.11.2011 and today is 08.12.2011 ++ 7000 views, so why I wasn't warned 30.11.2011 about breaking rules (for example to stop development on rom)? Is it ok? ... I waiting explanations about my post what rule I breaking and who and why deleted my thread, and why my post is not allowed, thanks!!! This forum is a serious forum and I hope that moderators are not children that delete members posts without warning, so I waiting explanation and I am very mad becouse I lost 8 days for my development on a rom that you deleted! They are not allowed on XDA as off this morning.

I removed your thread because it has come from way above me that no Galnet MIUI ROMs are to be permitted on XDA.
That being said, I am awaiting a response from those same higher-up's to verify that my actions are justified. If they happen not to be, I will gladly reinstate your thread.

First as you stated in the threads OP, this was not your development. So saying you lost 8 days developing this rom is just non sense.
Second Galnet roms have been banned from XDA all together due to charging people for access to roms.
So in closing Galnet roms are not allowed on XDA. Nor are you allowed to link to the roms on Galnet.
Use their site if you want to work on their roms.

If you are a new comer like me and willing to enter this new Universe, so you must do one thing:
Read, read, read, read, read and learn! Than read some more!
Follow the steps provided by the gurus! Do not play around! You may end up paying a very high price and even bricking your lovely GNote!

I read a lot, and found a post I wanted to thank him in the topic of my ROM. I registered just to find out, that you need at least 1 Post to thank. Ok, no problem. The last post was someone asking a question I could answer anyways. So i clicked on reply...

Well, I finding a bit difficult to understand your thread...I don’t see point of unlocking the Dev area unless you are in the field. As far as I am concern the dev area will not give me much, especially with the silly questions I am still to ask.
"...to test qualifications..." what is the point? Many like me turn to XDA to find an answer to a problem and likely will to have the knowledge to stand an examination.
To finalize, my idea with the thread was to provide some information, there are plenty of people going under with their phones due to stupid mistakes.
People stuffing the forum with “spam” threads should check themselves, do a full wipe and then reboot…if you know what I mean.

This is what really happened:
I registered [because i wanted to thank a post]. I logged in (after email confirmation) and searched for the thank button, but couldn't find it. So i went to google picture search, typed in "xda thank button" (there is always at least one person making a screenshot and a arrow on it) and found http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1590190
and on page 2:
It works now - seems that one at least needs one post before "Thanks" is unlocked.
So...nothing for quiet readers like me

Why should I have made a new topic about it?
I usually search first at google, than xda (because of localisation) and when I still haven't found an answer there have already 3 hours passed and I might really have a problem/question noone else ever had before.
Forums are no chat. Every Question and their answers will be saved. Asking a question again and waiting for answers takes usually much longer than just google it.

yea m sorry for using multi-acc bt now i wanna switch to this acc only reason for wat i changed my acc was my noobness hmm i was nt able to post in developers forum i though admin have done it bcoz i have nt log-in from last 20 daes so made new one and post this thread y i had that problem wen i posted a rply on developer thread !!!!
And really sorry for breaking rules !!!!

Admin has not locked your other account as you have been using it today. If you found time to read the rules you would know there is a post count limit before you can post in the development forums.

RULES is why its not development its another users work plus you are posting links to a warez site namely your site .
You are stealing from XDA Developers .

1. Don't attempt to use ad fly links - this is against the forum rules.
2. Don't post guides in Development.
3. Don't rip off other people's guides. - also against the forum rules
4. Don't use XDA to advertise your site - again, against the forum rules
5. Don't link to warez sites, we are a forum for developers so ripping off developers is not allowed.
Think that's enough for an infraction? 4 blatent breakages of the forum rules...
