I would like to know if it's possible to change the 2nd splash image during the boot process (the image after magdlr). If it is possible, what is the procedure?

see my sig, 'Custom Splashscreens,Watermark your HD2' (you wont use the watermarking part, that part happens in the same space magldr uses, but the first half is for the first splash and works happily alongside magldr)

okay so not new to android but the hd2 makes things complicated I have mag 1.11 and want cLK and a ICS rom but I try flashing cLK from SD but after the tri color screen it just says loading for like ever

Try hd2 toolkit. There you can flash all via USB

okay so followingyalls plans with the tool kit but when I go to tri color the computer I use doesn't recognise my phone asks for Qualcomm driver I'm on windows xp and have no internet except my phone can ne1 help?

You need "HTC USB Sync" driver or I think Active Sync will do aswell.
Is DFTUltrafruit the easiest ROM to install?
I came from Android (Dorimanx) which was nice, but the WM7 is so cool and fast the only drawbacks are the well documented low volume and random rebooting.
Are all ROMs this easy to install?

i need to install PARANOID on my sd to dual boot it with winmo
but whenever i try to boot into PARANOID, the phone restarts and goes back to winmo! what did I miss?

hi peolpe, a friend of mine has a 02 joggler and somehow can boot it from usb to run windows on it, is this possible for the nexus 7 to boot from any other option or is it just stuck to the primary partition?

Windows on the nexus 7 is not possible. But it sounds like you want MultiRom.
