Since he was banned from XDA I won't post the website but I'm sure most of you can find it through google. Its very raw right now and as he calls it, a novelty and not a useful rom at this point but it looks pretty sweet!

Yes Devs have cracked the bootloader yes were exited and happy But why do you have to spatr SOOOOO MANY SPAM theards like Bootloader has been cracked thareds they need to be deleated!

They arnt allowed cause they are all opinions and one rom may work for one but not for another. Plus help is given in q and a section on questions that are based in problems with ur phone.
