Cannot find any branding

I9100XWLP4 will be very similar to Polish I9100XXLPS, because there is only one day difference in bulit date:
I9100XWLP4 - 26-03-2012
I9100XXLPS - 25-03-2012
I9100XWLP4 is also avaliable in OPS = Australia (Optus)

1st impressions, smooth as LPS. No sticky scroll. Continuous scroll. Some extra apps than LPS. Almost similar experience.

I remember when the previous ICS was out, there was 1 main thread that was updated to mention which Regions were getting ICS. It would be great if this was up again!

Greetings
I installed this ROM and changed the CSC on my phone before realizing that doing so would do a factory reset. I became instantly afraid that I would become the victim of the EMMC brick bug (again). But I am happy to report the phone booted up just fine

Youn can flash every european Rom you wan't French is everywhere included, doesn't make any difference.
But this one here a newer build than the britsh one, so I would flash this one.
lj3 rom for note2 had multi view, early testers do you see multi view feature in lj2 rom?
long press back key to activate it(if its there )

This firmware is 10 days older. The chinese one. So expect more bugs.

This ROM contains a sh*t load of Chinese apps (some might call it bloatware) when compared to the FOP (Spain) image. This thread has a link to the pre-rooted image and in addition to being rooted, it has most, if not all, of that bloatware removed as well.
Another thing to note is that the stock, unaltered, version does not have some of the Google apps, like the Play Store app. These have been added to the pre-rooted image too.
I prefer using the Chinese ROMs (Hong Kong, Taiwan and China), mainly because of the full screen writing IME... and if I have to deviate, then it's no big deal to add the Chinese IME to any other equal level ROM.
Other than the differences listed above, there's not much else noteworthy (I suppose). Yes, there's a ten day gap between build dates, but I think that's insignificant considering the subversion indicators in the ROM label.
