Blazer is for sprint and I believe is ics domination theme, watch out for the theme cause is made for sprint it works for tmobile but it moves out wifi calling menu from settings really nice tho

Any boot animation that is the resolution of our device will work. Its 1080x1920. Nexus 5 forums would be a good place to look.
