[Theme] ICS Styled Aurora v6 SE - Desire Themes and Apps

Currently the Theme is still a beta, so far everything is running there are only a few small graphic parts which are not adapted to 100%.
For lack of time I'll try to fix this in the next few weeks. If you find bugs or have any suggestions for improvement tell me about it and dont create unnecessary posts.

I also flashed again the theme and have none of the above problems. Your signature is current? If so, this theme is not suitable.

restore aurora backup, then flash the theme.
i try at weekend with full wipe
Sent from my HTC Desire with Sensation ROM

so, i flashed aurora new and flash your theme.. all fine!
edit:
after few minutes comes many FC, back without theme

I'm also getting FC's for Titanium Backup and Play Store. Maybe I did something wrong or flashed it improperly. But back to unthemed for me too ):

[Q] new and weather widget

Hi All.
I have been flashing roms for some time, but a noobie for posting to the forums (need to increase my post count so I can properly use the most applicable forums for my rom).
Anyway, one widget I use often is the news and weather widget (4x1), but I find that it isn't in all the roms, including my current one .
I was thinking to copy the widget across from a stock rom, but am not sure what file/files are required.
Does anyone have any hints?
Thanks.
Which widget is it (picture)?

I have a feeling its this one they're referring to...
What ROM are you using by the way? I'd imagine any of the Sense ROMs would have it...I'm using the 9600gt Stock which has it
Sent from my HTC Desire
its geniewidget.apk or genie something. I know because
I delete it from my rom before flashing.
Hope this helps.

thank you bro
Thanks all
That is indeed the widget that I am after. It is in most roms, but my current favourite sense rom is iNsertCoinHD DATA++ v03, and this is where I am really missing it. I have now loaded redux just to play with it, but expect to go back to my favourite again.
I periodically switch between HD roms and AOSP based ones - aiming to find acceptable replacements for all the good HTC apps/widgets in preparation for next upgrade that may not be HTC device.
use a backup app (ex Titanium Backup) and use it to restore after flashing any rom

[THEME] Sense & Honeycomb inspired theme for Oxygen

Hi,
I decided to have some fun with UOT kitchen and came up with this. I changed battery, wifi etc status bar icons, power widget buttons and notification background and bottom bar. I also changed boot screen to honeycomb's one. Here are some screenshots:

}
I use ADW Launcher and D-Clock Widget. I like the theme. Its clean and simple and looks awesome. I kinda got tired of everything being so green in Oxygen and decided to make this one. Feel free to try it and comment. Just copy the zip to your sd-card and install it in recovery. Make a backup first just in case. It worked 100% for me.
nice theme
wow. it seems very nice.
thanks
Can we use it on latest oxygen?

Should work as there hasn't been any framework changes in Oxygen. This theme only changes the original look of the rom and shouldn't interfere with your use of any launcher. So should also work with SPB, haven't used it myself as it costs too much for my taste.
Works like a charm
Nice, thanks
really amazing theme

i think its andriod.policy.jar that causes this - as i know it causes it in the four way extended power boot when the policy does not match the framework-res
only thing you can do is replace the andriod-policy.jar in the framework folder with the one that the theme was based on - you may encounter other problems if you do this though
for example you can try replacing it with the one in the attachment
just delete your one and replace with one in attachement and set to the permissions that the orig was
make a nandriod backup cause you may get bootloops and all kinds of other problems just in case

[Q] Use stock launcher on AOSP Roms

I don't know if it's just me but, the stock launcher is always more smooth and fast than other launcher like new trebuchet, Nova, Apex....
So i have a question : if i put launcher2 apk extracted from stock ROM in the priv-app folder of an AOSP ROM , and apply the right permissions, will it work?

You can just install it like any app.
I grabbed it (Deodexed) and installed it on my N5 which is Unrooted. Worked just fine.
Also you can use Google Now Launcher too.

I already tryed to install it like any app, it doesn't work.
And i have some issue with GEL like i have in other launcher : soft buttons take 3-4 secondes to meet, lag during app drawer animations, etc...
And just un case, when i say stock laucher, i talk about this one :
