Hey the problem is most of my system apps are already odexed. I only need to odex some of the apps that I added in system/app. Will it be ok to follow the thread you gave me?
BTW I AM USING MINICM7 2.1.8
It's ok bro,it will not double odex,push the app in system and then go to recovery and flash that zip.i tried it too.I'm using minicm too.

Rom booted up very well.. Works rather nicely with some issues though like playstore crashing and file manager cant read the sd card.

Try uninstalling it completely and reinstalling. Header that works.
Uninstall it and then reinstall. That happened to me and this procedure got it working again.
