Look great but too bad they did not include a mousepad. If so I would buy it straight away

Soooo beautiful. Great design, but over $100 is little too much to me for keyboard folio.

Holy Christ on a spike, that's bloody expensive for a keyboard! Not a chance in hell.

NewEgg has it for about $75

Just bought the one you mentioned above; keyboard works pretty good but times out very quickly. It has to be reconnected in the settings every 15 minutes or so of inactivity. Typing is extremely fast and responsive though.
This keyboard is more of a universal keyboard than it is tailored to Android. It's got a home key on it, and the esc key doubles as a back key, but it also has a Windows logo key.
My biggest complaint is the folio case itself is extremely cheaply made. It's floppy, and doesn't really support itself very well. As a matter of fact, it almost makes it awkward to use. The keyboard is molded into the case and does not come out. The tablet is held on by one big sticky patch on the case. It doesn't leave any residue, but it does leave me wondering how many times I can remove the tablet from the case before it doesn't stick any more. Unfortunately the tablet doesn't fit into my car dock RAM mount while it's in the case, so I would be removing the case every day.
The case also covers the speakers on the Iconia, which muffles the sound pretty good.
All in all, like the keyboard, hate the case. I think it's way too overpriced to have such a crappy, flimsy, cheap feel to it. I think I'll be returning it.

Att sells a real nice keyboard. Very thin. 50 bones though

The standard acer bluetooth keyboard and acer mini usb mouse is the best combination I have found to date. I use this setup in the office. But to go mobile...this makes you carry around a keyboard no matter what. It's nice, not practical for daily mobile use IMO.

worth it
I got this keyboard, works wonderfully. Adhesive bit sticks nicely to tablet, keys travel well, And connects easily via bluetooth. Worth it if you need a keyboard. I've used it for school, taking notes, even writing whole essays on docs

I bought this keyboard for only 14 bucks

^Same as him. Works like a champ too, I would recommend it in a heart beat. I've had mine since Feb and its still in great shape plus, despite the look, it protects the tablet well.

Very Low Profile Bluetooth Keyboards...?

I'm not thoroughly convinced that I need a keyboard with my device, but if I was going to buy one, it would have to be either very small or very thin. Why tote around a keyboard that's just as large as the tablet?
Any ideas?
Of course, there's always this: http://www.thinkgeek.com/computing/keyboards-mice/8193/
(if it was ever in stock again).
I am currently using the Acer wrapping with an Incase faux-fir slip case, so I'd hope that it would be low-profile enough to fit in there.
I am curious as well. what are the best keyboard/case combis that we can get
If you give me 24 hours I think I may have a pretty small keyboard that may work for us. I just need to test it first to make sure the BT connects properly. Feel free to contact me 'if' I forget to hop on and post findings

I also wonder if one of these will work right. May order one just to try - would be great for travelling, just roll it up and shove it in your suitcase.

Also, a prerelease product info page on an interesting BT fold-up keyboard:
https://jornostore.com/
that jorno is nice but not for that much!!!! you can get a flexi keyboard bluetooth on amazon for around 30
I was considering getting the Motorola atrix keyboard.... i have the atrix so that with bluetooth on the tablet would work fine specially considering the android function buttons..
I have the Moto keyboard (Link) and for the most part it's a very nice unit. The only real issue with it is the massive bump in the back where they put the batteries and whatever else they have packed into it, that and not all the short cut keys work, but I am not sure that is the keyboard.
It's worth the purchase, and is very nice on the plane, but I find myself not carrying it locally just due to size. The Jorno looks like a great compromise for when I am more local but want to slam out a page or two...

Sure, it's not going to be the world's greatest keyboard, but I'm really just looking for decent yet portable. If I really need something more, I've got a Logitech K340 that works great. It's not bluetooth, but Logitech's USB receivers are so small anymore that it really doesn't detract at all.

Stand is great, but unfortunately the keyboard doesnt work natively, it uses spp, which you have to purchase a 15 dollar app to use it with the tablet, and the app is a piece of junk, returned the keyboard, now i gotta find a new one

I take notes at meetings and at school. So I'm gonna give this a try. We really lack a good note taking app though. Tab notes is the best so far and its not that great compared to one note.
I'd really love to use a stylus for sketching - could care less for note taking. But sketching would be great - only problem is, the tab isn't all that responsive - I mean, don't get me wrong - it's great. It's just wasn't built with that kind of functionality in mind... Which is unfortunate.
Still though, I'll get one eventually.
You know, I thought the same thing. I would draw something and the line would follow after. Using tabnotes it doesn't do that. I was looking for a mod to increase screen polling or responsiveness but nothing.
I ordered one, still no shipping info and no response to my email, oh well glad I paid with PayPal, if I don't hear anything in a few days, I will file a complaint with PayPal.

Mine shipped a day or two ago. These daily deal sites are slow.
The the BEST I've used.
DAGi P504. Don't have a link just Google. Transparent tip is mounted on a spring so no matter what angle your holding it, it will make contact. Very precise. I like it a lot better than the old style which you hat to hold at only one angle & much better than the eraser type.
Pointed tip Stylus?
Does anyone know of a stylus with a pointed rubber tip like the HTC Flyer one only usable on the A500? I would like one for some of the drawing programs and just can't get used to the rounded oversize points on most generic stylus.
Thanks
That's a nice stylus. I wonder if it does.
http://www.ipaddoodler.com/article/big-ipad-stylus-review
I know that says iPad but it's a great quick run down of a few stylus (styli?). I am really considering the Ostylus or the Dagi one, but they have a new model the 506 with a slightly different design.

What's the most useful The keyboard dock or dock stand and bluetooth keyboard?

I feel like expanding my tab. So I'm having a hard time deciding on buying the keyboard dock or save $50-60, and get the dock stand and a bluetooth keyboard. Battery life is not a factor since I'm getting 7 to 9 hours per charge, and but usb port is. Just wanted some opinions.

If you've gone for a while without ever needing the keyboard dock, there isn't much that any of us could say that would make you change your mind, and judging by your case the dock stand should work just fine. And if you wanted to save even more money, you could just use a cheap USB keyboard instead of paying for a Bluetooth.

Well the physical slide in keyboard (the one advertised with the TF) would be a better choice of mobility and all that. Using a bluetooth keyboard on the go would be extremely hard. If you plan on using the keyboard only at home, then getting the desk dock and bluetooth keyboard would be pretty cool, especially if you connect your TF to your TV, and then you could use the bt keyboard to control it from your couch.
Thanks for asking this, I've been looking for that dock and haven't been able to find it. Thinking of ordering this now since I use my tab as an alarm clock.

The added battery life is fantastic, and I use the USB ports all the time for transferring files between hard drives. My only complaint with the keyboard dock is that the keyboard itself sucks. I've never been a fan of the chiclet style keys, but I guess you don't really have much of a choice if the aim is to keep the device really thin.
I tolerate the keyboard when I have to on the go, but I'm definitely planning on getting the dock stand at some point so that I can use one of my nice mechanical keyboards with it at home.
I have the keyboard doc and I really enjoy it. It integrates well with the transformer and it works exceptionally well. It has been really useful for me to use at work. The added bonuses have been discussed, never had an issue with the battery running out, love the USB ports and the SD slot. As someone else mentioned, the chicklet style keyboard and the sensitivity of the mouse pad gets me sometimes. (I have big hands). Overall it is great, I love it.

This thread makes no sense to me. The dock is a no brainer and what separates the Transformer from the crowd. Just buy it and don't even think about it
I agree the dock is the way to go.
It a very well thought out system. The USB ports and portability alone will make you glad you got it. Not to mention the full size SD card slot and extra battery.
yep..+1 for the TF dock...
it works so well and put all other 3rd party ones to shame..
Another +1 for the dock.
I find it quite comfortable typing on for a keyboard of its size. Takes a bit getting used to tho. Besides, I doubt any BT keyboard would allow you to rest the tablet in your lap (in any comfortable angle) without holding it. If it wasn't for the way these two pieces integrate, I doubt I would even own a tablet of the current generation.

Why has google not released a decent keyboard for the N10?

I know most of you wouldnt be interested in one since it is a tablet but I'm jealous of the asus transformer infinity owners who have a nice keyboard/dock etc, theirs even has a trackpad to make it essentially a low powered laptop. I've seen various 3rd party bluetooth keyboards on ebay but none that look too impressive.
I'd definitely be interested in one. That was one of my cons when purchasing this tablet. Something integrated would be sweet!

Its not always the best- after owning it 6 months, it HAS saved my tablet from 3 drops (outlined in my Amazon review), but the loop that holds the closing strap is a tad loose and I'm worried it might tear. Otherwise I love it. Best of all, the keyboard's detachable without clips/knobs/anything that might snap.

I have this case as well, however I have it for only two days LOL, and it is already amazing to use, the keyboard is really nice and the best part of it being in a case is that you can take off the keyboard and use only the tablet . Also it has a really stylish finish, and it's comfortable to carry . Using this thing with a mouse and Complete Linux Installer gave me a very powerful Netbook hahaha

Couple of questions: Do you guys just use the nexus charging plug or something smaller? Does anyone know if the magnets on the case mess with all of the compass/ gyros/ accelerometor/ etc?

I’m here to introduce you something different than the standard Google Cardboard. I’m talking about the BlitzWolf® VR Glasses, based on the Google’s Cardboard idea, but improved. It is similar to new VR Glasses made from well-known brands, but I must admit that I prefer this one because it costs much (and I’ll say it again, much) less than other VR Glasses and offers more or less the same experience.

Remember that this headset is missing a button unlike the Google Cardboard, so this is why I’m saying “more or less”. There’s an official bundle that includes also a Controller, so that’s probably something not really important, but this is still missing feature.
I have tested it with two devices, LG Nexus 4 and Samsung Galaxy S4. The former has just an HD Screen, but it doesn’t seem to be a problem because I was able to watch videos and play games without any problem, but the latter offers a much better experience, especially because its screen is brighter and sharper.

Its chassis is plastic-made which makes it pretty light. It doesn’t mean that it feels cheap, its plastic is strong enough and without any imperfection. I have just noticed some issues with the painting, especially the silver colored part, but nothing serious. Lens seems to be well-made, absolutely clear, even if they tend to attract dust easily.
The removable back cover helps the device to cool down and allows the usage of camera and speakers, pretty useful especially if you have a barbecue-device such as my Galaxy S4

Unfortunately its device holder is the worst part, I find it hard to use, and if you do not use it carefully you can risk to scratch your device. (e.g. Nexus 4 has a rubber made frame on the back, it can be scratched easily even with your nails). Also, the device holder uses a magnet to keep the whole back cover attached to the chassis, so if you use a heavy device it could be a problem because the magnet isn’t strong enough to handle such weight.

All the rest is absolutely perfect, completely adjustable, comfortable and absolutely cheap.

Pros: Comfortable, Cheap, Completely Adjustable and Lightweight.
Cons: bad-designed device holder, poor back cover’s magnets and missing button.

Banggood.com provided me a sample item to write a sincere review about it.
UPDATE: Confirmed to work without issues also with 5.5" devices. (So its support is confirmed)
I believe that this unit is more commonly known under the Shinecon brand but I could be wrong. I have one too and find the lack of button to be a right royal PITA. I've tried to use it with my ipega game pad but the mapping doesn't seem right and it doesn't behave as expected, do you have a good workaround?

I'm using a Bluetooth Mouse as a button and more.
About the gamepad, it highly depends on your device and installed OS.

Ah, I have one of those so I'll give it a try. Device is Galaxy S6 running completely stock marshmallow. In one of the modes the game pad seems to make the left thumb stick act as a mouse but maybe there's a little glitch.
