wp7 rom for hd2

Yesterday I have found on xda.cn a wm6.5 rom with wp7 interface and it seems very nice but there is no informations or instructions about it and I am not so brave to install it.So is there someone who have better informations about it and teach me how to upload this ROM ?

I'm just wondering too if there is some chef who can cook or extract the interface and put it on a wm6.5 wwe rom

Can't understand chinese so I can't help you with it, sorry.
If anyone can exract the UI so we can install it without flashing the device it'd be very nice.

Why don't you just use a real WP7 ROM? It's leaked and available, but even if you wait for the finished article I doubt you'll be waiting for very long.
It's very nice, by the way, but I've gone back to Android.

first install the maglr 1.12 and then fresh install the wp7 =)
note: when u install, they will format all sdcard

Difference between HD2 CoreDroid Versions

Hi,
i'm a newbie and i want to install the CoreDroid ROM to my HD2. Which version do i need, or what is the difference between the two downloadabel versions?

The one that says Release Version is for the EU HD2
The one that has TMOUS NAND ONLY LEO1024 is for rhw T-Mobile HD2
I am downloading the TMOUS version right now.

Best ROM there is IMO i haven't had anything else on my phone now in over 4 months and i used to flash ROM's every other week.

OK, i installed the ROM and it is great.
BUT,
How can i deactivate the hardware buttons and/or get a better Lock-Screen, if somebody calls me?
Second thing, the IMEI and the Device Info is wrong.

They´re actually all "stable", "fast", and whatnot.
You´ll find some minor differences in graphics and language files, but that´s about it. The reason for this is that all those custom ROMs use the same basis.
Just take one of these from May/June, they´re "NoDo" ROMs, the older ones are the initial WP7 version without "copy/paste".

She currently has a Mytouch Slide and I want to put a sense Rom on this phone because that's what she is familiar with. However I wanted to know what the most stable Sense Rom with the best battery life is? Is prefer a Sense 3.0 Rom but any version of Sense is fine. She doesn't use mobile web , only WiFi, and she usually texts and calls with it, very light app usage, if that helps describing her habits. Appreciate the input!

Flash this CLK bootloader in the right partition layout and follow instructions.

Partition your Sd card with a 1024mb Ext4 partition... you can do that with clockwork mod.

Most stable rom out there.... for daily use.
The advantage of CLK is that your HD2 boots like a native android.
So your girlfriend can't touch anything of the bootloader etc.

As the post above said, I personally find Android 2.2 with Sense 2.0 the most stable and fastest type of ROM out there. Perfect for daily use and if your girlfriend isn't bothered about having the latest version of Android

also flash the v6 kernel immediately without restarting the phone !!
flash both the rom and the kernel nd restart !

Thanks guys ill try both Roms for a couple days and see which I like more. She doesn't care to be on the latest version, but I personally prefer sense 3.0 or 3.5 cuz that's what I have on my sensation.

SensationXL based ROM onHD2
Hello,
when i tthe first run after the instalation of the SensationXL based ROM from Energy im stuck witch the Animation.
And nothing is possible just pull out the battery. Haye anyone of you an idea what i could do fix this

Check clk partition sizes, make sure you have flashed a clk (and sense) compatible kernel. First boot can take up to 10 mins.

Win. phone 7.8 custom OS recommandation

I need some recommandation for win. phone 7.8 Custom ROM, that don't have any bugs, or at least not a lot of major ones. I need personal recommand. becouse I was searching too and reading and reading... but until I install it I can't see how ROM is.

Well My dear friend ... I recommend you to install an android ROM Because the WPH ROM are smooth but that is caused by overclocking which is too danger for such old device ... but anyway Dynamics And PDAimatejam ROMs are the bests ... But I still recommand you to install android ... If wanted Android ROM recommendation just tell me ... Good luck

I had android before, but receptions was bad, I tried few radios no changes, and random reboots etc. I tried few of them and every single one have some major bugs like not working camera, or bluetooth or something like that.

good Android ROM is far more stable than best of WP7.8.
Most stable & bug free is WM6.5.5 ROMs and far more friendly on hardware too.
Might be worth try one or 2 more of the solid Android ROMs such as hyperdroid v6.0.0 perhaps then if not suitable trying WP7.8 but for dailly use WP7.8 is unfortunately bloody awful even on a original WP Device ...
