WHere can I find this thread in the link:http://www.xda-developers.com/andro...rs/ShsH+(xda-developers)&utm_content=FaceBook
Since clicking on the link inside which goes to the mentioned thread, points me to an invalid thread page. Also, is it compatible with stock ICS rom?
it was in nexus s development section but it seems to have been moved or deleted
Seems to be only for GB...but who knows
Seems that post is available again:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1543740
Seems to be for GB and higher (including ICS).

Guys as the title tells, can someone experienced enough create a sticky thread for listing all the custom roms and kernels that are available for our galaxy s2?
And also regularly updating it when new roms are released. It will be much helpful.
As i dont have enough time regularly im not in a position to do that.
It hasn't happened yet for a good reason - there's still a debate about what can be defined as a custom ROM and what can't.
See the first post in the "Android development" section. Passions run high there.
I find it relatively easy to look at the headlines rom XXX v1.2 .
Any list is going to be meaningless unless it had a full and active update of the actual improvements on that version .
Some roms are not going to fit into any pattern particular Kitchen roms with multiple builds.

Hi,
I am one of those who has ended up with a Defy with green lens. I am not a dev but I stumbled upon this if someone has not already done so.
I have been playing around with MIUI, CM7, GGL and wanted to try CM9 ICS. I followed an already closed thread by adi4motion on this forum, started with stock Froyo but all the time ended up stuck at Moto logo on reboot. While reading the thread to make sure I have not missed out anything but following that thread did not lead me anywhere either on stock Froyo or GB downloaded via thread link but the only thing that got into my mind was GB was flashed after CM9.
So I flashed the latest CM9 Nightly 120617 zip dated 2012-Jun-17 on GGL ROM Android 2.3.6 from this forum and gapps 4.0.3. It has been successful with camera, opera, gps working well. So far no FC. Seems stable so far 2 days of checking various things. While installing Opera wifi needs to be on else installation fails. I do not know where to upload screen shots taken by holding power button.(that works too).
I seek expert opinions.
Your thread Title: Misleading

Please ask the moderator to move it in Q&A thread and be appropriate on ur question. We will definately help u.
Questions go in the Q&A section
brajesh was right that I was not clear in my question. I was looking for changelog for CM9 for defy. I could not really locate one. All I could find was from the now closed thread that specifies a specific GB kernel or a Froyo CM7 kernel and a buggy HWA with Opera not working etc.
My question was supposed to have been whether any GB kernel is good enough for CM9 ICS flash for defy.
I found that flashing CM9 zip over GGL ROM without any kernel update worked OK for Opera to work fine. A buggy HWA was pointed at for Opera not working. As mentioned in that thread Camera Panorama does not work. I did not even expect the defy to bootup full going by the closed thread.
Sorry I did not click the option if mine was a question. I would appreciate if some one could point a thread where I can learn about HWA testing as I do not have enough net time per week basis. Thanks in advance.
Hello,
Been keeping my eye on the PAC dev thread waiting for the latest stable release.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2146879
Now they have updated the first post to indicate a new stable release, and it say
"Version Information
Status: Stable
Current Stable Version: 4.3_build-1"
I click on the download link earlier in the post (first post) it takes me to a site which has two folders 'release' and 'nightly', but the release folder doesn't have any roms with the name '4.3_build-1'
What am I missing???? does the person updating the thread simply not worry about clearly indicating which file is the actual stable version or am I missing something??
appreciate any help
Post in the existing thread instead of making a new one.
Post question in the correct section.
Read the latest discussion in the rom thread to know about any current issues or updates.
Check the logs: http://pacman.basketbuild.com/main/mako/release/pac_mako-test.log.html

Does anyone have the boot.img (recovery) file from the OxygenOS version op6t o2 beta 35?
This is development section of the forum.. I don't say that meaning it in a rude way at all but this is definitely posted in the wrong place. Did you search high and low first? Thereare fastboot OOS roms and there's a repo thread for global model OnePlus 6t in the guides section of the forum. Not sure if what you're looking for is there or not but I would think it's your best bet.
Searching is the biggest part of this whole Android modding deal. We all have to and do it alot. Again I'm not trying to sound like a prick. I posted a thread once and it copied itself 4 times. Searching is mandatory unless you're a wizard. Most of what any of us want to know is already here on XDA some place. It's just a matter of locating it via search. That's one thing I can say this new forum they recently redid has improved ALOT on. Searching seems more accurate now.
[OnePlus 6T (Global)][ROM][OTA][Oxygen OS] Repo of Oxygen OS Builds
As OnePlus doesn't always provide download links for all of for their Oxygen OS ROMs & OTA update zips, we mirrored them on AndroidFileHost and put the links in one post so that they're easy to find. This is not a support thread for issues you...
forum.xda-developers.com
Or
https://forums.oneplus.com/forums/OnePlus6-6T/
May have what you're looking for at one of those links. If not maybe try and roll back before this build and update to it, then you can backup your boot.img once on the build and you'll recovery/ boot.img ..
My bad if you had already searched before posting this thread. I assumed you hadn't. I looked through the fastboot rom thread, the repo thread and over on OnePlus forum for just a min and didn't see anything labeled beta 35. I didn't dig too deep but didn't see anything offhand. It doesn't mean it's not out there somewhere though. Most thing are..You know...Good luck.
