Issue installing 1.141.07

So I finally received my first OTA update today after having my tab for a month - now I can't install it. Everytime I try I get the little android with the ! over his head after the progress hits about 25%. I know there was an issue with installing the 3.1 update, but I hadn't seen anywhere that there was an Acer problem with this update.
Quick bit of background: I never took a backup initially before I started playing around (stupid me) but I did reflash it with the Acer_A500_1.104.02_COM_GEN1 that was linked here. I also in the past replaced by WPA Supplicant file in the past, but I saved a copy which I have restored.

[Q] Translate This Update Failure Log Please

I was hoping someone could look over this log and see if the repeated update failures I am having is due to something I am doing, or if it is a problem with the OTA update zip. My tab has failed to update rooted, unrooted, after 2 factory resets.

[Q] ota update fails 4.010.10

My update keeps failing 4.010.07 to 4.010.10. I have all my original apps installed of course and unroot using iconiaroot1.3.apk then i restart. Go to start the update it restarts then im stuck with an orange triangle symbol. I have even taken out the sd card reading that some people have tried that. I installed 4.010.07 using cwm, not sure if that matters or not. would be nice if i can update without wiping my device like i had to do when i use cwm. im going to post my long from /cache/recovery/last_log. I think the problem has something to do with itsmagic but not sure.

p.s. i think the problem is because i used cwm to get 3.1 i dont have a stock bootloader? so my question now is how do i get a stock bootloader. i would like to do future ota updates because its simpler.

download iconia recovery app from market, has an option to flash the stock recovery as well....

I could try that but it gives the update number for android 3.01 i belive it lists update rom 1.141.7. I dont want to do that i belive.

did you modify the wpa supplicant file or the email.wpk? you'll have to restore the originals before you can update.

of u know what I did modify the wpa file ill have to change that and try it thanks for reminding me.

I have several requests to port my wipe tool to this device and would like to do so today. To do this I need a CWM log since it has all the data I need to safely port. So, can someone get one to me? On my phone you can find it in cache/recovery/last_log
I assume it's there on the Fire as well.

Thanks. Sadly, that doesn't list it the way I need it. But I was able to find the info I needed. A CWM log usually saves me from having to dig through existing install scripts to verify my search results for partition info. I did find what I need eventually though. I have the script with my tester now, so once he is able to flash it and verify everything works fine, we'll be in business.

[Q] CM10 beta2 won't install, suspect bad partitions

No, not bad partitions, just using ROM Manager. Boot to CWM and flash manually.

It is not saying bad partition, it is saying device is busy. I would suggest you update to a newer version of CWM. Both v5.5.0.4 and v6.0.1.2 are available on my tips thread linked in my signature. Or you could use TWRP.

Thanks for your efforts leapinlar. Turns out it was a bad SD Micro card... Once replaced everything was fine.
