Tytung usually does not share code much, but the cm on leo team is working on it, though our builds are pretty broken as of now but we're working from scratch. you can check it out at our git web. And for compiled stuff you can have a look at our page

Hi all,
I just wanted to check - all of those using Cyanogen's 5.0.7/5.0.8 mod for your ROM base.....where are you getting this source code from? I know that a user name Elemag ported it over, and I have his git tree bookmarked, but is it an up-to-date source? (In other words, is it the 5.0.7 port?)
Here is the github URL in case you are interested:
github link
To me, this looks like the 5.0.7 port, which therefore leads me to my next question. Where can I find the 5.0.8?
Thanks in advance!

I hope Tytung doesn't mind me posting this up but I just wanted to inform everyone that he has just released his Kernel source for ICS so devs can help on the development for the fellow HD2. From his post:
tytung said:
As promised, I have uploaded my latest ICS kernel source to the GitHub website.
https://github.com/tytung/android_kernel_htcleo-2.6.32-ics
I changed the kernel name to ics_htcleo_r1, a neutral name.
If anyone really want to help improve this ics kernel, please fix/add the following features first and consider sending me a git pull request.
Full Hardware Acceleration.
Proper hardware encoder for camcorder to record the smooth video.
More compatible touchscreen driver for ICS to fix pinch-to-zoom issue.
Proper VPN driver for ICS.
I uploaded my kernel source to the git mainly for the collaborative development.
In other words, don't add small stuff based on this kernel and then release a new kernel with your own name.
Thank you for your cooperation!

If any devs could help the further development of this Kernel that would mean a lot to the HD2 community Please give all your thanks to Tytung for all his hard work
Good job
Thank you tytung !
Hey everyone.
I have downloaded CM9 source to build for our phone.
I have a problem: Since I have not built anything from source, I don't where to get the proprietary drivers for our phone.
I am guessing I would need dzo's ICS drivers, but I don't know where to get them from.
Can anyone tell me the URL of the driver for dzo's ICS and what command I need to enter in the terminal to download the drivers to the source.
Thanks a lot guys.
You can look at dzo's github. But it isn't enough for build CM9 so I'm building CM9 device and vendor tree for CM9.
You can look at my github.
Hi I'm just forwarding it from zukfans.eu
Trying to find interested people who want to participate in the project
Device
https://emmaus.pro:3000/emmaus/android_device_zuk_z2pro
Kernel
https://emmaus.pro:3000/emmaus/android_kernel_zuk_msm8996
Vendor
https://emmaus.pro:3000/emmaus/android_vendor_zuk_z2pro
Use cm-14.1 branch to build.
These sources don't work. The cm14.1 branch is exactly the same as cm13.0. I've already tried telling Emmaus about the issue
Edit: sources are fixed now
Hello.
I'd like to help out but I'm new to ROM building. I have a Zuk Z2 (not pro, but afaik they're pretty much the same).
I'm an experienced web developer and a novice Android app developer.
Currently trying my first "repo sync" (using the cm-14.1 branch: repo init -u https://github.com/LineageOS/android.git -b cm-14.1).
I'll then try to set up the manifest that user harsha.pic (on zukfans) gave me today and use that one.
Any advice would be helpful.

Lineage 15.1/16 is already released by another developer, @Ivan_Meler, and he has not released the device tree as it's incomplete. (Fingerprint, hotspot, etc.) Hence, these source trees aren't uploaded yet. You can find the LOS threads in the Cross-Development section.

No, the reason behind why he hasn't released the device tree yet because it contains proprietary files that he can't release.
