Settings for the browser I presume.
As you say it happens with all browsers, it's probably an add on somewhere.
Anything funny/weird looking get installed?
Congrats on the great rom btw!

What if it was keyboard related?
Looks like something in your keyboard. Try a different kbd app and see if it goes away?

I'm guessing he means gradient banding. As of now this can't be fixed easily.

I have never seen the charging icon on ics or jb. Im running cm10 linear jb rom and for the first time i saw the charging icon. I quickly took a screenshot. As soon as i unpluged the charger it went away and when i plugged it back in their was no charging icon. I just thought it was interesting.

You're welcome. The info you need is in the thread starting about here. Not much there, but what is available is there and that's the best place to reach the dev about it.

I have searched for the answer and I keep seeing people say yes it does underline misspelled words already but I do not have it at all. I have combed through the settings in both the Google keyboard and the stock one.. Any help is much appreciated.

I don't recall the android spell checker. I will give it another look. Hate to beat the horse before I verify but this is with me on the stock Tmo firmware, so I dunno why it wouldn't work out the box.
This evening when I get settled I will jump back to my nandroid of the stock 4.2 firmware.

I know for a fact it didn't show a red line in chrome (in a webpage text entry field), the messaging app, and Google Plus. I will verify again this evening.
