Anyone noticed that the clock snooze function does not always work properly on EC09? Sometimes it works fine. Others, it just shuts your alarm off and never re-activates your alarm. I have almost been late to work a few times because of this.
I know some of you are probably thinking I'm just shutting off my alarm instead of snoozing and just not realizing it. I don't think this is the case.

Haven't tried snoozing, yet. Which rom did you grab? The obvious answer is an alternative from market. If not, this could be that project you wanted.

I'm using stock EC09 (OTA). It's debloated but that's it. If I knew how to decompile the clock.apk I would look. Do you know how to do that so I can look at the Java?

If you swype your finger on the notification bar you can turn your brightness up or down.

did this just start happening out of the blue? or did it happen after you installed or changed something?
also, are you refering to the sd card notification sound? turn off the sd card notification in the Sound settings and see if your phone still does the annoying tone
I have no idea...I updated mp3 music download and then I noticed that this happened... but I don't know if that did anything... I don't know what the sd notification sound is... but it's the default ringtone that goes on instead of the droid sound

are you rooted?
i think the sound file responsible for this is in /system/customize/resource/
see if it's in there. you must be rooted and using Root Explorer
I'm not rooted... running stock rom

Has anyone figured out a way to keep the screen on when maps is on? I know Sprint Nav will stay on, but I would like to keep maps on without the screen timing out. You would think Google would have a feature that when plugged in would allow certain apps to keep the screen on.
I know it sounds like I'm plugging the hell out of it lately (it has so many features), but widgetsoid had a toggle to keep screen on

Or something similar on the market?
Thanks in advance!

Was it the Samsung Widget for stock clock?
There is an app in the market actually called Stopwatch & Timer
Thanks! I think it's now called clock ... IIRC it has (had) alarm, stopwatch, timer, world times etc.
I'm now using acs and have no built-in alarm.

I've been looking all over for this.
I replaced the ringtones from Ken's system dump for 1.2.6 but I don't know where to get the original notification and alarm tones. Any help would be great!
